27/01/2026: I don't know where to start. The only positive point is the convenient location on the Vieux Port. And that's it. 1. Reception is on the 1st floor No Elevator, they mention not accessible to wheelchairs but they don't say there 1 full floor. 2. Cheap and aged furniture, a splinter from the desk punched a hole in my t- shirt, a chair was hardly holding up. 3. Death trap slippery bathtub, following a car accident I have diminished back movement. The bath tub has no handles, no anti-skid seals, I slipped twice back in the tub trying to stand up, the drain plug is not mechanical and I had to use a metal spoon to lift it. The fancy glass panel being ajar didn't prevent any spillage thus turning the area in a slippery pond. 4. Toilet brush missing handle never replaced during the stay in spite of mentioning to the receptionist. 5. Concert of street cleaning vans in the middle of the night 3/4AM with humming noise and honking to one another. 6. Terrible isolation, the double glazing windows are not good enough and you can hear neighbour room taking showers. 7. The desk space is not really a desk space and there are only 2 plugs in the room, so to branch your laptop and own charger you have to unplug lamps 8. The initial cleaning was random, I'm short haired the bath drain has some dirt held up by long hair. 9. The corridor has a motion detection sensor that didn't work for the end of it, had to walk half of it to trigger it to be able to see the door lock when leaving the room, of course the light switch didn't work. Not to mention the minibar price being beyond a rip off. So sadly with the price on top of that, the view and the location can't save this hotel.

05/08/2024: La pâte à pizza est juste incroyable les produits frais, nous avons pris tous une pizza différente la bonne mère est ma préférée, les desserts sont aussi excellent merci je recommande à 100 % Merci

07/06/2024: Excellentes pizzas, en particulier La Bonne Mère, un “classique” que beaucoup de pizzerias ne maîtrisent pas! On joue la carte de l’authentique notamment sur les boissons (pas de sodas par exemple) et sauce piquante interdite. Le cannolo était délicieux. Les desserts et les boissons non alcoolisées sont tout de même un petit peu chers.

18/07/2024: The girl serves poorly, she gives you faces and if you want to pay with a card, she tells you to pay with cash.

17/09/2024: A lunch with 3 other colleagues. I ordered a beef Pho soup for €9.90. the quality was really bad. The soup was way too sweet. It lacks a lot of ingredients compared to other restaurants. There wasn't even a slice of lemon offered. The quantity was insufficient compared to the price 9.90€. The boss should have specified in the menu if it is a starter. I often eat Pho soup in Vietnamese restaurants. This kind of unpleasant surprise is the first time. When I added the bill, the owner's response surprised me even more: many tourist customers come here to eat. They don't care if the quality of the Pho soup. The service was OK, but not fast. If you are in a hurry for lunch, you have to be patient. It was Tuesday lunchtime in mid-September, the restaurant was full. The door was closed without air conditioning. The air in the restaurant does not circulate.

08/09/2024: Very good! The steamed assortment is great, the pho soup is hearty and excellent, the spring rolls are tasty and fresh, and the vermicels are delicious. The boss has a sense of humor and is smiling. We ordered takeaway and we were offered the chips. Top!

25/06/2024: Nous voulions commencer une soirée avec un couché de soleil mémorable. Nous sommes par la suite aller au VIP où nous avions réservé. De l'accueil par une hôtesse souriante jusqu'à la fin de notre soirée ce fut incroyable. L'accueil, le service, les tapas, jusqu'à notre sortie, tout était au dessus de nos espérance. A refaire tres prochainement.

23/06/2024: Déjà, le cadre est incroyable. Le sunset est vraiment à voir! Nous avons pris des mojitos et grignotez quelques frites, vraiment sympa! Les prix sont correctes, et pour le coup, le mojito était très bon (c'est rare !). A l'occasion de la soirée MAMACITA, la musique était super ! Le show des danseurs est vraiment sympa. nous nous sommes bien amusés. Le personnel était acceuillant, nous reviendrons !

16/12/2024: We were 5 people and we ordered 3 things, well they told us that if we didn't order for the 5 they wouldn't serve us, we thought it was unfortunate, we got up and left.

09/12/2024: Very bad pizza. Very bad coffee. They say they don't take payment cards but only cash. Tourist trap.

29/01/2025: This restaurant is run by two odious old ladies. They tried to force us to order a disgusting surplus prepared for another table, under the pretext of not wanting to cook again. When we refused, we were forced to order the same dish, "linguine with clams," because they wouldn't cook two different dishes. We ended up receiving limp, soggy penne pasta with gray hairs in it. The clams were often empty and not fresh. When it came time to pay, they tried to cheat on the prices. Then, they wouldn't take credit cards, claiming a broken machine was in place. Stay away!
