23/05/2026: Sadly! And unbelievably… especially for these beautiful warm days they do not serve Aperol or Hugo spritz! I’ve never been after many years in France ever been to a nicer restaurant that simply chooses not to offer Aperol! Bummer! Crazy part?! Beware the Mojito is €20 and entirely not worth it … so Definitely out to get tourists! No joke I had to come back to edit that they ran out of their fixed menu chicken choice and the only alternative was lamb. Psyche🙄

11/06/2026: We had a delicious meal; we went for the pizzas and a lovely homemade dessert. Friendly service and good value for money. Unfortunately, we stumbled upon this restaurant on the last day of our holiday, otherwise we would have gone multiple times 😉 run by Italians, highly recommended!
10/06/2026: SUUUUPER delicious pizzas and pasta and very friendly service. Dogs were also welcome.

30/06/2026: A real gem we discovered during our 4-day stay in Marseille! We stopped by Etienne's and loved it. Half-and-half pizza, crispy crust, fresh salad, and an exceptional caramel for dessert: a real treat. The team is warm and welcoming (thank you, Nasser!), we laughed, we had a great time – a fantastic atmosphere. Our first time at this institution, but certainly not our last!
30/06/2026: RUN AWAY! We were seated at the table near the oven, and the owner spent his time yelling at and humiliating his employees. It was outrageous. Disgusting. Embarrassing. And not very customer-oriented either. The food was good, but nothing special—certainly nothing worth enduring such torture for anyone with even a shred of empathy.
The servers were lovely, but the experience was truly ruined by this despicable character who spent his time shouting at them less than 50 cm from our table. Surely a victim of his own success, it might be time for this man to stop or do something else to avoid ruining the lives of his employees and customers.

19/05/2026: A very good restaurant on the Old Port. We ordered two fish and chips and they were both excellent. The service was very quick and quite pleasant. I recommend it if you're in the area.

15/06/2026: Great seafood options. The breaded mussels were delicious along with lobster, prawns, langoustines and carafe of wine for 6 people. A busker player the accordian with great view of the old port Notre Dame.
02/06/2026: Service was okay. The seafood was fresh but my wives' lobsters were overcooked. The views were nice however.

05/04/2026: I am VERY disappointed. The manager was on, very on. Then two scenarios come to mind, either it is a good restaurant that has a positive atmosphere and they have food they are proud of or it is absolutely terrible and they are just trying to get customers who are willing to have a "good" dinner. We ate burgers that were dry and not tasty, and when we were going to pay they said they did not take cards, only cash. "Luckily" there was an ATM that you could withdraw cash 1 meter from the restaurant. The minimum was 20 euros with a fee of just under 5 euros. As I could see in my receipt from my card, it looks like the restaurant owns the ATM. It is one of the wildest things I have ever experienced. We were there in early April.
01/03/2026: The best couscous I've had in Marseille. The portion is more than enough for one person. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Fast service.

09/07/2025: Friendly waitress but cold mussels (3 out of 5 dishes), hamburger without cheese (the first time I've seen that), and on top of that, 3 fries that are chasing each other for a €23 burger.
This restaurant has changed a lot; we used to go there every year, but now we'll change.
08/07/2025: We took the bouillabaisse for 40 euros a portion - it was enough for two, croutons and garlic sauce are added to the dish. It was my first time eating it, so there's nothing to compare it to, but it's not bad.

30/06/2026: The meal was decent, the cheapest mussels and fries at the port. It would have been nice to have finger bowls and water without having to ask four times to three different waiters…
29/06/2026: Absolutely shameful.....2 orange juices for €15, served in take-out cardboard cups. The bathroom was extremely dirty. Terrible service.
