24/05/2026: Disappointed with the Flunch in Vitrolles. We arrived at 9 pm, with a closing time of 9:30 pm, and our trays were full. We went to the registers only to be told the restaurant was closed. We were with children. There was a lack of organization and clear information. Why were we allowed into the self-service area?

17/05/2026: The opening hours were listed as 11:00 AM on Google, but upon arrival, the staff were still on their lunch break until 11:30 AM. We waited without any proper welcome or explanation. The atmosphere was rather unfriendly, the staff overwhelmed, and the manager visibly stressed. It's a shame, as it gives a very unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression.

28/04/2026: One star, but it deserves zero (impossible to give). This isn't the first time: all the staff are busy serving sandwiches and other takeaway meals; if you simply want bread or pastries, you wait for ages. Everyone ignores you. Now, if you want a baguette at 4 pm, maybe you'll get served then. So, at 12:30 pm, no baguettes.

09/04/2026: I just bought some madeleines… they are inedible, as hard as stone! And they weren’t even in the anti-waste section, so I had to pay full price.

16/05/2026: Staff without hairnets The girls had their hair in buns, but more down to their shoulders than tied back—not very hygienic Only the young man running to deliver trays had one Many people were going to ask for hot fries or their good burgers. We had problems with the burgers and the service was very, very slow The toilets were toilet paper-free and unclean The staff needs to be reviewed, better trained, and competent personnel hired because it's very, very centrally located and could be much better managed

16/05/2026: They barely look at you if you want anything. In addition, why is MCDONALDS WC ARE THE MOST DIRTY IN France. No paper no soap. Disgusting.

31/05/2026: No one forgot a drink; the second one, which was supposed to be a Coke, turned out to be still water. We ordered two identical ice creams but ended up with a sundae instead of two McFlurries. Considering the price of the products, it's shameful, especially since there was no one else in the McDonald's.

25/05/2026: We arrived at 10:40 PM and were told we couldn't order a McDeal meal. We asked for an explanation and were told the manager didn't want us to go past a certain hour… we'd forgotten that profitability comes before customer satisfaction. Never again at this McDonald's.

09/07/2025: I just ordered my 30-minute meal. I asked for salad in my sandwich, but just before the "preparer," if you can call it that, put the bottom of the salad container on top of the new one. So I asked politely if it was possible to remove the rotten leaves, and she kindly replied in a haughty tone, "No." So I have rotten salad in my sandwich! Great! Too bad because we've never usually had a problem with the other preparator...

25/06/2025: This is the second time I've come back and I won't be coming back, the chicken is cold, the first time they reheated it for me but in the microwave and not in their machine so the bread was soggy, and this time the meat is cold, the service apart from the cashier who is super nice, the rest is not, they are nonchalant, stingy with the quantity of meat, honestly if it's to pull a face and not do your job, you might as well change jobs
