31/03/2024: Nulissime, mediocre dishes and desserts, without taste, without flavors and no management of the cooking, Chef cook overview was execrable...there is only quality setting in this establishment...TO FLEE

31/03/2024: Extremely disappointing evening. The reception staff barely greeted us when we arrived, leaving us to walk alone to our table. The mixed board is €22.50 for small pieces of tasteless cheese and charcuterie. The dishes were average, the pasta accompanying the octopus too spicy. The flank steak much overcooked and very stringy. Potato chips not cooked. The poultry dish arrived cold. During desserts, the wait staff doesn't know how to recognize a pear from a crème brûlée! The bread was not completely defrosted and very dry. We wanted to have beef ribs, they were out of stock.. The room staff were little concerned with the satisfaction of these customers, and some did not even know where the establishment's toilets were located! We asked for a digestive to compensate for these multiple disappointments, which had to be negotiated several times. When it was time to pay, the person who seemed to be in charge confirmed to us that these disappointments were not serious and that ultimately he didn't care much about our opinion. Restaurant to avoid, the only advantage such an evening worthy of a hidden camera allowed us to have a good laugh!

31/03/2024: I've been ordering there for 4 years, 4 years I've put up with their customer service which is lousy. They don't even know the French language and can deliver in 1 hour 10 minutes. Avoid, and you can't even order from Pizza Hut in Nanterre which is clearly better because they have geographical agreements. They lost a customer.

05/03/2024: Well-run Pizza Hut, the pizzas are soft and well stocked, the deliveries are fast, in short, faultless.
