20/02/2026: Following a recommendation from a fellow walker, we went into this small, simple but welcoming restaurant. We received a very warm welcome; it was quite busy, but we waited patiently. The meal was excellent; we were pleasantly surprised by the food, everything was delicious. I chose a glass of white wine from the Charentes region, which was excellent—a little dry yet also slightly fruity. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are ever in Rochefort. Thank you to all the staff. Annie

25/01/2026: Honestly, it's a masterclass! My colleague knows the manager and he recommended I come here. And frankly, the quality is good and the portions are really generous. Keep up the good work with the quality of the food because it's a real treat when you're starving.

16/02/2026: The fish and chips were inedible. I told the waiters, who weren't surprised. I'm writing this review here to prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment. It's a real shame because the setting is nicely decorated and the waiters are attentive.

Every year we visit them from Italy for the food (of the highest level, fish but also meat of excellent quality) and for the courtesy, kindness of the staff. We recommend it, you will love this restaurant and also the beautiful region of Charente.
Chaque année, nous allons les trouver en venant d’Italie à la fois pour la nourriture (de très haut niveau, le poisson mais aussi la viande d’excellente qualité) et pour la courtoisie, la gentillesse du personnel. Nous vous recommandons, vous allez adorer ce restaurant et aussi la belle région de Charente.

16/09/2024: Nice place for a dinner with a view of the port. The service is impeccable, the staff are smiling (even in the middle of August with a crowded restaurant) and we had a great time. The dishes are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Don't forget the aperitif cocktail which adds something positive to the experience.

Assiettes demandées pour pouvoir partager les tapas, assiettes en plastiques pour enfant mouillées données.
Dommage pour le cuisto qui a un vrai talent mais l’ambiance globale crée une envie de partir sans prendre de dessert ! Nous avion l’impression de déranger…
