20/02/2026: Following a recommendation from a fellow walker, we went into this small, simple but welcoming restaurant. We received a very warm welcome; it was quite busy, but we waited patiently. The meal was excellent; we were pleasantly surprised by the food, everything was delicious. I chose a glass of white wine from the Charentes region, which was excellent—a little dry yet also slightly fruity. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are ever in Rochefort. 25/01/2026: Honestly, it's a masterclass! My colleague knows the manager and he recommended I come here. And frankly, the quality is good and the portions are really generous. Keep up the good work with the quality of the food because it's a real treat when you're starving.

19/02/2026: Okay! But the portion sizes at that price are unacceptable. What a shame.
16/02/2026: The fish and chips were inedible. I told the waiters, who weren't surprised. I'm writing this review here to prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment. It's a real shame because the setting is nicely decorated and the waiters are attentive.

16/09/2024: Nice place for a dinner with a view of the port. The service is impeccable, the staff are smiling (even in the middle of August with a crowded restaurant) and we had a great time. The dishes are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Don't forget the aperitif cocktail which adds something positive to the experience.

Only one small problem: no Saumur on the menu 😉

Assiettes demandées pour pouvoir partager les tapas, assiettes en plastiques pour enfant mouillées données.
Dommage pour le cuisto qui a un vrai talent mais l’ambiance globale crée une envie de partir sans prendre de dessert ! Nous avion l’impression de déranger…
