It's worth taking the time to avoid just walking into the first restaurant you see and getting lost in the town of Aigues-Mortes.
Long live 100% homemade cuisine!

Quite discreet from the outside, you enter a charming terrace. The dishes are of excellent quality and fresh. The service is friendly and welcoming, a rare find these days.
I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

25/06/2026: Conveniently located on Boulevard Jean Jaurès, Café Pantel is something of an institution. Always lively, it's a popular spot for people to gather around a beer or a coffee, chatting about football or bullfighting.
The food is simple and good.

06/08/2026: We had lunch here, ordering a Caesar salad, a vegetarian dish, the daily special, and a set menu. The portions were very generous and delicious. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. Furthermore, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who were attentive to their customers' requests. I highly recommend this restaurant.
20/07/2026: We came as a group for a training course and ate lunch here both days. The food is excellent; I highly recommend the beef tartare, which is perfectly seasoned. The other dishes were also very good. Everyone at the table was delighted. Thank you for your hospitality and congratulations to the two chefs.
