26/09/2024: refined cuisine, discovery of new flavors and perfect food and wine pairing. The entire pleasure menu was exquisite but a special mention for the dessert involving chocolate and corn. I haven't been surprised by a dessert in a long time. A real favorite as well as the cocktail proposed to accompany it

The knives served were full of sand (so they hadn't been washed), basically garbage.
The lobster was lukewarm, as was its side dish, and the wait was incredibly long even though the restaurant was only three-quarters empty.
26/11/2025: An excellent restaurant that showcases fish and seafood. The flavors are sublime; each dish is a true culinary delight. The welcome is charming and attentive, and the warm atmosphere makes you want to return. A wonderful place to recommend! The lunch menu is incredible.

15/01/2026: Fantastic restaurant, incredibly professional and friendly service, and the food was absolutely delicious :) Honestly, it was excellent, with a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere. The dishes were superb.
I highly recommend it.
06/01/2026: It's a bit late, but a huge thank you to the entire team at Le Galopin for the wonderful time I spent there on July 3rd. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, everything was perfect.
The delicious and expertly prepared dishes demonstrate true professionalism and a truly exceptional experience.
An address I wholeheartedly recommend.

05/07/2025: I went to this bar with a friend today. We sat down and waited 25 minutes, but no one came to see us.
We went to the bar and saw that no one was there, and they told us, "Don't worry, we're coming."
We sat down again 45 minutes later, still no one there.
The terrace was almost empty.
Very disappointed.
23/06/2025: A great experience at Caliente!
The brunch is very nice, and their burger is truly delicious (soft bun, quality meat, crispy fries).
Despite the crowds, the servers remain pleasant and helpful.
A special mention goes to the waitress Enola, who, in addition to making the best café crèmes in all of Rennes, always welcomes you with a warm smile!
