21/04/2026: We were looking somewhat randomly for a place to eat after our walk, near our hotel. The reviews on Google convinced us. We weren't disappointed. What a welcome! Cheerful, smiling, and genuine! We got a good table even without a reservation. Pleasant atmosphere. Delicious food from the appetizers to the dessert. We loved it. Thank you for this wonderful experience. Places like this are rare these days.

20/04/2026: A must-try restaurant when you're in Saint-Malo. A delicious, very generous meal and fantastic service. A truly excellent choice.

17/04/2026: The food was very tasty, with a beautiful presentation (but the portions were quite small). The service was very efficient.

05/04/2026: Despite the professional and friendly service, the quality of the food was clearly disappointing, especially considering the premium price. The so-called "roasted" salmon was tasteless and bland, and the truffle croque monsieur was simply shameful, served on a plate piled high with salad. As an added bonus, the glasses of wine were more expensive than the same bottle would cost at a wine shop. I won't be returning.

22/05/2026: We had a wonderful time. The waitress was incredibly attentive and caring. A refined dinner with delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend it.

08/05/2026: The food is entirely homemade and simply excellent. A warm, very friendly, and above all, very British welcome. We'll definitely be back; go without hesitation.

02/05/2026: Excellent food! The fish and chips is so tasty. A warm atmosphere with Rebecca who is really gentle and funny. Nice moment.

26/04/2026: I was only at the restaurant. The setting was magnificent, with a breathtaking view of the lovely priory bay and decor that perfectly complemented the natural surroundings. Such a setting invites tranquility, which the somewhat rushed and, for some, insensitive service prevented from being fully appreciated. I should clarify, however, that this observation doesn't apply to all the staff. But indeed, no one needs to empty the bottle of champagne before the starter, and it's a shame to have to repeat this without noticing a certain irritation with the service. The simplest solution would be to let customers serve themselves, if they request it or demonstrate it. The cheese service was also a bit rushed. This is somewhat of a shame considering the quality of the dishes, which seemed to be a tribute to the beauty of the landscape, with a special mention for the leek, in my opinion. I would also suggest a menu more suited to the developing palates of our children. In any case, despite some early-season adjustments, the evening was good.

16/01/2026: The food was truly awful. The knives served were full of sand (so they hadn't been washed), basically garbage. The lobster was lukewarm, as was its side dish, and the wait was incredibly long even though the restaurant was only three-quarters empty.

07/01/2026: Great restaurant. A warm welcome and excellent service. The waitresses and waitresses were lovely and patient despite our large group. The food was very good, and the ingredients were very fresh. I highly recommend it.

31/05/2026: We arrived this morning for coffee, and the manager of the Querrien hotel-restaurant told us the coffee machine wasn't working! It was 9:00 AM, and the hotel guests were enjoying their breakfasts. Our disappointment was matched only by our initial, indescribable joy... So, a word to those who value kindness, respect, and professionalism: AVOID the Querrien in Cancale without hesitation. The welcome is a disgrace, and on top of that, it's delivered with arrogance and an oversized ego! Fortunately for us, just a few meters away, we were received with the utmost respect.

28/05/2026: Warm welcome and very friendly service. But the food was 😞 not good and very expensive for what was probably frozen. We won't be back.
