07/06/2026: We were fortunate enough to discover a place that combines fine dining with a welcoming atmosphere during a family meal today. Thank you to the chefs for their personal touches in each of our dishes...and to the head waiter for his cheerful disposition. Thank you to everyone for their professionalism, excellent meal, and impeccable service. A truly excellent restaurant; I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

17/06/2026: I rate my visit to this restaurant very highly. The interior is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Most importantly, due to my health condition, I have very specific dietary restrictions, which often make many restaurant menu items unavailable to me. The staff had absolutely no problem modifying a meal specifically to meet my needs, and I am very grateful for that, as I know this is not always standard practice. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would gladly visit again.

Everything is designed to allow guests to fully enjoy their evening. The Chef's cuisine is simply exceptional. Each dish is a discovery, a journey of flavors where technique serves taste. The ingredients are enhanced with finesse and creativity, and one senses a genuine pursuit of excellence in each creation. The wine pairings also deserve special mention. Each wine offered perfectly complements the dish served, creating a remarkable harmony throughout the meal. If we had to pick a favorite, it would undoubtedly be the beef dish, absolutely magnificent. Perfectly cooked, with profound flavors and remarkable balance. A moment of pure indulgence. The desserts were the perfect ending to this experience, showcasing a masterful blend of flavors and textures. The final cocktail served with dessert was a delightful surprise—original, refined, and seamlessly integrated into the menu. We were also pleased to learn that the menu is updated every two months, which immediately makes us eager to return and discover the Chef's next creations. A truly memorable evening from beginning to end. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of fine dining, exquisite food and wine pairings, and exceptional moments. 26/04/2026: I was only at the restaurant. The setting was magnificent, with a breathtaking view of the lovely priory bay and decor that perfectly complemented the natural surroundings. Such a setting invites tranquility, which the somewhat rushed and, for some, insensitive service prevented from being fully appreciated. I should clarify, however, that this observation doesn't apply to all the staff. But indeed, no one needs to empty the bottle of champagne before the starter, and it's a shame to have to repeat this without noticing a certain irritation with the service. The simplest solution would be to let customers serve themselves, if they request it or demonstrate it. The cheese service was also a bit rushed. This is somewhat of a shame considering the quality of the dishes, which seemed to be a tribute to the beauty of the landscape, with a special mention for the leek, in my opinion. I would also suggest a menu more suited to the developing palates of our children. In any case, despite some early-season adjustments, the evening was good.
