02/04/2024: Ashamed, My wife is disabled, I called yesterday to reserve a table for this lunchtime. They took my reservation and said see you tomorrow. However, we arrived today at noon for lunch as planned and there, to our great surprise, the restaurant was closed. No sign on the door for at least an explanation. I find this scandalous. No respect especially with a disabled person.

01/04/2024: We ate very well. It was very good and plentiful. And with that, served with a lot of humor. We will come back with pleasure...

26/03/2024: A perfect meal. From starter to dessert, the products are prepared with taste and a search for originality. We had a great time. The service is impeccable. I think the only point of divergence may be the decoration. If you are looking for an "old-fashioned" place, to immerse yourself in an interior decor from the beginning of the 20th century, this will not be the case. But personally it didn't bother me.

17/02/2024: A luxury hotel haunted by a Marcel Proust with a sensitive genius who would turn in his grave seeing the general poverty of taste that inhabits the place today! A menu with tempting and modern titles which is only disappointment after disappointment!!! Dishes that don’t even arrive hot… so lukewarm or cold literally and figuratively! An extremely expensive wine list compared to what is served in the glass! We pitied the poor waiters who unfortunately couldn't do anything about it but who receive customer reviews! Above all, avoid this “All Accord” channel!

05/04/2024: Came in a group. The support from the team is perfect from order taking to payment. Took mussels with curry. Life on the sea gives its charm to the restaurant. When the weather is nice, you have to be on the terrace. No reservation.

03/04/2024: Avoid big tourist scams. The unfriendly waiter waiting for the aperitif dishes served during meals and the top of the top uncooked mussels and we weren't the only ones and the service obviously didn't care!!!!

31/03/2024: Unacceptable welcome: Installed on the terrace with our small family for 10 minutes, we waited patiently for someone to come and take our order. When a waitress who has passed in front of us ten times, finally comes to see us after 10 minutes and chases us away under the pretext that they do not serve for aperitifs but only for catering. Nothing could suggest that at 1 p.m., they would switch to catering only. The terrace tables weren't even set up. I find this very average because many other people were also seated just for the aperitif. It is shameful!!

06/01/2024: LE PUB is a bar with exceptional staff in Cabourg! A truly ❤️‍🔥 discovery (Thomas the manager and Sao.. 😅) were present for cocktails to die for! Quality service even though there were only 2 of them managing the bar with a large crowd! The bar menu is full; strong alcohols / beers / soft drinks / hot drinks / Belgian beers etc. and as a bonus the broadcast of matches on the big screen, themed evenings, Karaoke, concerts, with super interesting locals to chat with at the counter. I really recommend this charming place for a one-way trip! Being from Burgundy-Franche-Comté, this place allowed me to discover Normandy in record time through their map which takes you on a journey. Between us... I would have liked to never go out there but unfortunately the establishment closes at some point :) sorry to have been a little heavy! If you are hungry, LE RESTO which is an establishment in the same group (adjacent to the PUB) = ultra practical! Drink and as a bonus eat while having just 5 meters to walk... the restaurant offers you a menu with dishes to die for (fish / meat / pancakes and desserts, for adults and children, truly complete menu... all with quality products and cooking (use of Isigny cream and butter, flambéing with Calvados and so on...) the chef is an Edward Scissorhands of the kitchen! The waiters are of a incredible kindness. I was lucky enough to be able to talk with the director and the cooks who are very interesting people who are passionate about their job, really to make a long story short By far for me these are the best establishments on the street, in the city, and in the region! Authentic people, close to people, with a lot of values, that really changes from the many sterile places where everything is sanitized and smooth. Here you will be in the authentic, a real pub, a real restaurant, real staff, and as a bonus with more than affordable prices! THE PUB / THE RESTO, we couldn’t be more clear and concise 🌞 I will come back ! Very nice discovery! 6 stars!
