03/06/2026: I wanted to thank a young employee at your bakery for her kindness. I wanted a chicken sandwich with raw vegetables, but they were out. Only ham sandwiches were left, without the raw vegetables I wanted. She then took the time to prepare a sandwich especially for me, which I found very thoughtful. It's a simple gesture, but it shows genuine concern for the customer. I regularly shop at this bakery, and the service is always pleasant. Thank you to her and the entire team for your professionalism and kindness. ☺️🫶🏼

07/09/2026: Beautiful shop, beautiful presentation. It's all about the presentation. It's just missing a baker; a traditional baguette bought in the evening seemed to be from the day before, and the shopkeeper advised against eating it the next day. I also ordered a dessert consisting of a pear wrapped in pastry. I wasn't familiar with it; perhaps it's the correct recipe, but it really wasn't worth it.

12/08/2026: Thank you for organizing a tea party for my mother's funeral. Your kindness was matched only by the quality of your products. You delighted everyone with your delicious madeleines and exceptional pithiviers. The Liège chocolate was magnificent. You truly softened this sad moment for us, and we will cherish the memory.
