The welcome is smiling, the atmosphere is cozy/soothing, the dishes are a treat, good value for money, and a menu that changes according to the season with fresh produce.
25/04/2024: We were a little late, around 1:30 p.m. for lunch, and despite the late hour, friendly welcome from the boss, no refusal only the opposite, which is rare
Refined and delicious and quality cuisine, the andouille de rive puff pastry on apple and camembert, very very fine
I highly recommend this restaurant 👍👍👍👍

Not living nearby I don't want to make the trip at the risk of not having a place... too bad!

26/05/2024: Very good experience for my 52nd birthday, after the stomach surgery I had in February; I was able to eat according to my possibilities (that is to say little, given the circumstances), and I recommend the pear type dessert 🍐 Belle-Hélène for those who would be in my case, because it was perfectly adapted to the quantities as low as I can afford and very good.
Only one small downside: we weren't big fans of the lentil-based appetizer, good but too substantial for its role for our taste.
But otherwise once again, a very good address, undeniably.
21/05/2024: If you want to eat fine cuisine, go to Fine Fourchette. It's a treat and what's more, you are very well received. I recommend 100%.

19/04/2024: The food and price was quite good. However, when we arrived we were told that dogs are not allowed inside. When I said " it is like in England.." the hostess interrupted with " You are not in England now!" , so she was obviously not listening to what I was saying.
We sat outside in the smoking area. A few minutes later we saw some local people leaving from inside, WITH A DOG.
Is it because we were not local or because we were foreign?

21/05/2024: We were a gang of bikers in joyful mode, we had booked because arriving at 10 is the minimum and Wow, what an experience for the taste buds!
Generous dishes, authentic cuisine, quality products... The tripe pot is damnation!
Honestly, we'll come back without any worries!
And then special mention for the dijo '44' :D

23/02/2024: A small restaurant in the heart of downtown Falaise which doesn't look like much with a slightly dated decoration.
Pleasant waitresses, discreet while being very professional.
Very good quality cuisine. We feasted. The pancakes are hearty, you can really taste the buckwheat and each ingredient. The sweet pancakes with homemade salted butter caramel are indulgent and delicious. A treat for the taste buds. We will come back with pleasure.

18/05/2024: Order of 22 correct size pizzas for the smallest.
No error in the order, this should be highlighted given the number of pizzas ordered.
They arrived hot.
They were good...welcome by telephone with the boss and then with the lady who took our order.
