16/03/2026: My father (69 years old) came to pick up a drive-thru order for his grandchildren. After a 30-minute wait, he was finally given an order that had been sitting on the table next to the drive-thru window for over 10 minutes. The result: missing items and the rest completely cold. My father doesn't want to come back to your store: nothing was hot, so he had to throw everything away. He also tried to contact you, but received no response or offer of any solution. I find this situation outrageous. You won't be seeing me again anytime soon. I remember when you first opened, around 2007/2008, when I was in high school. The quality has dropped significantly. I can't wait for a Quick, a Burger King, or something similar to open in Falaise.
