Don't change a thing, and above all, have a good rest starting November 17th. We look forward to returning to your establishment for some seafood sauerkraut.

Seated on the heated terrace.
Excellent service, the food is a delight, fresh ingredients.
Starters and daily specials:
Starter: Fresh razor clams, tomatoes, shallots, chives, butter. €14.
Main course: Fresh scallops à la Normande, €29.
Quality, flavor, and enjoyment are priceless. (Perhaps a little expensive, but well worth it). I recommend it and I will return.

25/06/2025: We really like the place, but we've been very disappointed twice in a row.
We noticed twice in a row that after ordering, the server came back to tell us that they were out of pastries, but regular customers who arrived after us had received pastries.
We had the distinct impression that they weren't serving everyone the same way.
Furthermore, it was only 9:30 a.m., and it's really not serious at this hour to have no more pastries.
No credible explanation from the server.

28/12/2025: Today's special was a good quality salmon steak, generous portion and perfectly cooked.
The fillets were very flavorful and not runny. The lady truly deserves her job.

12/03/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been to Villers, having lunch at Le Mermoz with a friend.
I can just picture some of the faces of those people eating beef tongue with spicy sauce and mashed potatoes... by the sea. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and the dish was piping hot.
It's very pleasant out of season. In peak season, I avoid it; it's too crowded. (Former Villers resident)

12/03/2026: Passing through Villers-sur-Mer, we were drawn to this place and its lovely location for an afternoon snack. We had two apple juices, which were very good, a Viennese hot chocolate, also very good, and two slices of brioche. We appreciated the ambiance and the location. However, we were surprised by the price of the brioche in particular. It was €10 for two slices of toasted brioche (a little burnt in some places) with a choice of topping (jam or chocolate). I think that for €10, a proper slice of brioche, perhaps French toast style, would be a better option?
The place is very nice, but €50 for an afternoon snack is a bit of a turn-off 😬

30/11/2025: We tried the breakfast option with coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and toast with butter and jam: a real treat, with delicious bread. The welcome was particularly attentive; we had a lovely and warm experience. Thank you again!

12/11/2025: Very disappointed. The pizza dough tasted just like plain bread dough — heavy, and with no flavor at all. The tomato sauce had no taste either, which made the whole pizza really bland. Definitely expected much better.

27/10/2025: Cold meal, bad fries. What a shame, the reputation was better before and the bill was not up to par. Eating cold food when it's raining is not at all pleasant.

13/01/2026: We came to the hotel on a Friday as a couple for a romantic evening and, above all, to relax.
This hotel was flawless: very clean, with attentive service. The spa was lovely and not too crowded, and the facilities were of good quality. The room was well-appointed with beautiful amenities; nothing was lacking. The restaurant was pleasant with delicious food—thank you to the waiter for his excellent humor! And the breakfast—wow, what a selection! The massage we chose was incredibly relaxing, and all the staff were very friendly.
It was perfect! You can go without hesitation. Jérém

Fuimos aquí con la familia esta noche en la última noche de nuestras vacaciones. Pero estaba tan decepcionado.
Quizás fue porque era el final de la temporada, o quizás por falta de personal, pero el personal que esperaba estaba desatento, desinteresado y distraído. Tardamos un poco en hacer nuestro pedido, y tanto tiempo de postre que lo abandonamos al final y optamos por el pudín en otro lugar.
La pizza estaba bien. Pero la ensalada era pobre con ingredientes que no eran frescos - como pollo frito empanado y lo que parecían ser crutones de paquete.
Es una pena dejar Francia en esta comida, pero el país tiene algo de comida increíble, solo desearía que este lugar lo hubiera utilizado mejor.
