25/06/2025: We really like the place, but we've been very disappointed twice in a row. We noticed twice in a row that after ordering, the server came back to tell us that they were out of pastries, but regular customers who arrived after us had received pastries. We had the distinct impression that they weren't serving everyone the same way. Furthermore, it was only 9:30 a.m., and it's really not serious at this hour to have no more pastries. No credible explanation from the server.

22/03/2026: A truly beautiful place to stay! The rooms are spacious, pleasant, and bright. The spa area is also very relaxing, with a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam (we didn't try the treatments/massages). The restaurant is a real highlight! A very nice menu and a good wine list as well. All the staff were very kind and attentive; we received a very warm welcome. A few minor points for improvement: cobwebs on the main staircase, the seasoning of the dishes could have been a bit more precise (the poultry was very salty, the chocolate dessert very sweet), and I agree with some of the comments about breakfast, where everything is good but the portions are a bit small (no more baguette at 9:30 a.m., for example). In short, if Google allowed it, I would have given it 4.5 stars! Thank you in any case for these wonderful moments.

13/05/2026: My partner and I just had lunch at Café de France. We had a wonderful time, the food was excellent, and the waiter was very friendly. We were in a hurry to leave before the gates of our accommodation closed. So we didn't have time to say goodbye to the waiter. We're doing so now through this review. We highly recommend this welcoming restaurant.

24/05/2026: I've been coming to La Gogaille for years. It's a restaurant with good value and consistently high quality. They have dishes like the crispy Camembert, which are always a hit. The waiters and waitresses are always very pleasant. The cheerful atmosphere is very enjoyable. A big thank you to the whole team.

09/06/2026: A table of 10 people that day, so a great deal for this restaurant. While we had no complaints about the quality of the food, the welcome and service, on the other hand, left us speechless! A waitress came to take our order, including the wines. A little while later, another waitress brought us the wines "for an aperitif." We informed her that these were the wines we had for lunch and asked for the aperitif. She was surprised and left with her tray. A brief discussion ensued at the bar, and the first waitress was offended that we hadn't specified we wanted an aperitif. Isn't it usually the server who asks if we want an aperitif? So she came back to take our order. Our aperitif order was served with the starters! One of the diners pointed this out to the server, who responded aggressively that it wasn't his fault and stormed off shouting, "The table of 10 is yelling!" Unacceptable. Especially since the comment was made politely. Meanwhile, as we were finishing our appetizers, the two missing drinks arrived! Unbelievable! Not an apology, not a hint of self-reflection. The service was rushed; we really felt like we were bothering every single one of the servers. The manager didn't budge from her station, and we could clearly see the unpleasant look she gave us. However, she accepted payment for the meal without any problem! I definitely won't be going back.

24/05/2026: The Parisian galette was decent. The warm goat cheese salad was very good. The service was a bit staggered; the hot galette arrived first, then the salad.

15/04/2026: Yes, dear lady at the checkout, it's Easter and it's busy, but that should please you, and you should remain polite. Please remember that in retail, nothing is ever guaranteed, and we are not just passing customers to be ignored!

25/05/2026: We went for a drink as a family to quench our thirst, as it was extremely hot. To my utter shock, they served us drinks without ice and not at all cold. Shameful! I asked for ice, and the guy said, "Oh, well, we don't have any left." At that point, just say so, and we'll leave! So we ended up paying for herbal teas! Zero stars!

25/05/2026: Lunch on the terrace today. The waiter was very attentive to our comfort in the sunshine 😉 Two generous, well-seasoned salads. A truly lovely time. Thank you to the team.
