10/03/2026: We ate twice at Aubrac's Corner during a weekend; the restaurant is excellent, the food is divine, and the service is perfect.
01/03/2026: A highly recommended apartment hotel/restaurant offering excellent value for money in the beautiful Aubrac region. The apartments are very well maintained and overlook a river, ensuring peace and quiet. Chef Antoine's cuisine is a delight, with frequent themed menus! The staff is incredibly friendly! Don't hesitate!
