Server (probably the owner) not very clean, elbow and t-shirt covered in blood.
Very dirty place, completely out of place next to a 5-star hotel.
I don't recommend it.

27/03/2026: €10 minimum charge to sit outside. No wonder there is no one here. Find somewhere else if you’re on your own and only want a coffee. Disgraceful. It does warn you on tables. But still.
22/03/2026: Okay. Just had a drink. So it was alright. But I agree with most of the comments. In 2026, don't accept cards for orders under €10. I'm a restaurant owner too. This nonsense has to stop. It's something you can negotiate with the bank. Unless it suits them to have more cash on hand... Luckily my friend had cash. I only had my card on my phone. What do you do when you've ordered and you discover it's a minimum of €10? It's definitely pushing for consumption and it's really bad for business. Luckily you're in a tourist area, otherwise that little joke might have backfired. You have to move with the times. It's a shame. The bar is very well located. But next time I come to St. Martin, it will be at a different establishment.

20/06/2024: Galettes tout simplement délicieuses ! Un petit bonus avec le cocktail "ré fresh" On adore !!
L'accueil et le service sont chaleureux.
Le calme de l'autre côté du port est appréciable. On recommande !
09/06/2024: Nous confirmons les commentaires précédents. Tout est parfait; le cadre, l’accueil, le service et les bons plats. Si on devait dire le petit moins: les frites qui ne sont pas maison !

Nous avons attendu devant , avec nos 2filles.
Les serveurs nous sont passés devant, nous ont regardés, sont repartis....nous ont de nouveau vu... Pas un "bonjour",pas un "on arrive"... Après 3/4 minutes de ce jeux, on a fini par partir...
Si vous avez des enfants, vous n êtes semble t il pas le bienvenu
Bref PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN.

06/03/2026: Ideally located, this hotel first charmed us with the warm welcome of its friendly and attentive staff. The place is calm, peaceful, and serene, making each guest feel like a valued individual. The rooms are superb and extremely comfortable. We are delighted.

More than just a hotel, it's a superb, historic place nestled in the heart of St. Martin, surrounded by lush greenery. A soothing and cozy atmosphere reigns, perfect for rest and relaxation. The suite is simply sumptuous, with exquisite decor. The breakfast is generous and varied, featuring high-quality local products.
The private spa is also delightful.
The staff were friendly and incredibly attentive, especially for this special occasion. Many thanks to the Manager (Mr. Bouyssel) for overseeing and organizing everything, making this stay unforgettable!
We highly recommend this place!

23/06/2024: Pratique pour casser la croûte le midi après beaucoup de kms en vélo. Formules aux alentours de 9/10€. (Croque monsieur, panini, sandwichs ..)

30/06/2024: My wife and I stopped here for Sunday lunch’ on 30th June.
After a brief explanation of the menu by maitre de in English we were shown to a table.
My wife chose the tuna and I chose the pluma de porc.
They were excellently cooked. The tuna medium rare and the porch was tender and full of taste. I must say French cooking is amazing and whilst the cost looks expensive, by U.K. standards, the food is if much better quality than we get at home.
Glasses of rose 4.50€.
Because this is the first restaurant you come to, from the end of the harbour opposite to tourist office, it may not be as popular as it should be.
Would highly recommend.
11/05/2024: Huîtres mortes, pas de pot à déchet pour les moules, deux erreurs de commande, les frites annoncées fraîches ne le sont pas, que du surgelé, menu enfant beigné dans l’huile,
je ne recommande pas.
