13/08/2026: We sat outside on a baking hot day, which was lovely but not cool! Madame is completely charming but
the waitress was surly and unsmiling. Food was pretty good but unremarkable. Drinks were cold which was fabulous! The situation in the square is lovely though. It’s a good stop off in Ruffec.

Today we were assaulted by the waitress or owner—I don't even want to know what she is, I'm not even sure she's human—she spoke rudely to us and literally assaulted us in front of all her customers. Whatever you do, don't go there; this woman is a real terror.
04/08/2026: A very bad experience.
My partner turned off his engine as soon as an employee asked him to. Despite this, she became very aggressive and insulted us ("wanker," "get lost," etc.), even resorting to verbal threats.
What's most shocking is that the manager was present and never intervened.
Such behavior is unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Clean. Quick and efficient table service.
Clean restrooms (although only one was open for everyone 😬). Complete order.
In short, quite rare for a McDonald's!
