Quick service and a very friendly waiter, the burgers were hot and the tables were clean.
I was just a little surprised to see so many smokers near the games and on the terrace.

A huge thank you to Sylvia at the McDonald's Drive-Thru in Ruffec! 😊 She's absolutely lovely, so kind and welcoming, and especially attentive to children. Always smiling, pleasant, and a good listener, she responds to all requests with great kindness.
The service was perfect! It's such a pleasure to be treated like that. A big thank you to her for her cheerfulness and professionalism. 👏😊 We sincerely thank her and hope to see her again on our next visits! ❤️

This restaurant is clearly a victim of its own success; long lines at the kiosks, no tables available.
And the prices?? Did they charge €4 for a McDonald's sandwich? What kind of joke is this? It costs 30 cents max in ingredients! 😂

It was very crowded that day, with long waits at the self-service kiosks, but the service was quick and the staff were friendly.
On the other hand, there was clearly a shortage of staff to empty the overflowing bins, and there weren't enough bins either. Having only one toilet for the entire restaurant is very inconvenient, especially for women.

We ate there during a stopover on the way to our holiday destination; the meal was served hot and the restaurant was clean. Moreover, in the middle of a heatwave, they were kind enough to bring us a bowl of water for our dog. Thank you.
