Very welcoming. Clean. Quick and efficient table service. Clean restrooms (although only one was open for everyone 😬). Complete order. In short, quite rare for a McDonald's!

Two toilets, one of which was out of order... The food was lukewarm despite being eaten there.

Quick service and a very friendly waiter, the burgers were hot and the tables were clean. I was just a little surprised to see so many smokers near the games and on the terrace.

A huge thank you to Sylvia at the McDonald's Drive-Thru in Ruffec! 😊 She's absolutely lovely, so kind and welcoming, and especially attentive to children. Always smiling, pleasant, and a good listener, she responds to all requests with great kindness. The service was perfect! It's such a pleasure to be treated like that. A big thank you to her for her cheerfulness and professionalism. 👏😊 We sincerely thank her and hope to see her again on our next visits! ❤️

This restaurant is clearly a victim of its own success; long lines at the kiosks, no tables available. And the prices?? Did they charge €4 for a McDonald's sandwich? What kind of joke is this? It costs 30 cents max in ingredients! 😂

17/09/2026: Fantastic welcome and a wonderful evening! The food was delicious! The entire team, from the dining room to the kitchen, was amazing for our grandmother's 90th birthday! We'll be back and thank you for this lovely evening!
08/09/2026: The staff were perfect and friendly (the kind of shopkeepers we love), and the products were varied, high-quality, and well-prepared. I travel 180 km to do my shopping on Saturdays and I always end up at this wonderful place!
