02/11/2025: Too bad, we went back on 2/11 at 12:30 and the door was closed without warning.
Initial review: We regularly stop at this establishment when passing through Vierzon, but on our last visit we received a poor experience:
- cold main course
- cold side dish
- bad burger served
- required phone number when paying
- wet toilets
In a setting typical of an American diner, you'll find a full menu of US specialties: burgers, hot dogs, wings, and the traditional Mac & Cheese.

21/04/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The welcome was warm, the service attentive without being intrusive, and the food was simply delicious.
I highly recommend this establishment!
19/03/2026: The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes from the train station. The room was very reasonably priced; it was slightly chilly, but a good sweater was fine.
As for the staff, I didn't see anyone when I arrived or when I left, which I found a bit disappointing.
Another minor drawback is that whenever someone walks by in the hallway, that's all you can hear.

24/05/2026: Hello everyone, I highly recommend this hotel. Since the change in management, the new manager at reception is very friendly and welcoming, and she can advise you on activities in the area. As for the restaurant, the new chef is excellent, and all the meals are very good. Lunch has everything you need for a delicious meal. The waitress is a bit shy, but she gives great advice on the menus and is very attentive to guests. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality during the two weeks I spent at the Nîmes Military Hospital. I will return with great pleasure very soon.

20/07/2026: Visited last night... The place was empty, but there was a long wait. The employees bringing the trays looked glum, some had their hands in their pockets. And to top it off, the trays arrived barely warm.
19/07/2026: The tables were dirty and we had to clean them ourselves. The three sundaes were melted and presented haphazardly. One bag of peanuts was missing. We ordered a Coke with ice, but it arrived without. The play area was littered with spit and gobs of phlegm... Disgusting... We quickly retrieved the children...
And don't even get me started on the NON-EXISTENT hygiene of the toilets.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No buffet like at all other Campanile hotels.
But above all, microwaved dishes of very poor quality, sold at the price of a meal cooked by a chef at €19.50.

24/07/2024: Je recommande fortement ce restaurant, un bon accueil très chaleureux, un immense parking gratuit juste à côté pour se garer. Une cuisine traditionnelle de très bonne qualité. Excellent rapport qualité/prix
20/07/2024: Nous avons commandé un Burger chèvre complètement cramé et pain dur comme de la pierre ! La serveuse nous a proposé de retourner le plat en cuisine. 5 minutes après, un nouveau Burger servi avec pain déchiré, Burger écrasé, la moitié des frites immangeable parce que trop frit !
Suite a cet inconvénient culinaire nous décidons de ne pas poursuivre le repas et demandons l'addition.
Nous faisons part de notre a la patronne qui nous répond '' OK''
C'est une honte et nous lui expliquons que nous aurions aimé des excuses. Elle nous répond : ''je n'y peux rien '' et toujours pas d'excuses !
Nous lui rappelons qu'elle est responsable de ses employés.
Nous mettons fin a la discussion et partons sans même dire au revoir.
Nous déconseillons fortement cet établissement, aussi bien pour les plat que pour l'accueil !
