24/08/2026: The buffet wasn't fresh; the food looked like it had been reheated the day before, in my opinion. The staff wasn't welcoming at all; they probably just didn't want to work! Some dishes were empty for quite a while. The drinks were at room temperature. Otherwise, the decor was cool.

10/09/2026: A charmingly kitschy Chinese atmosphere. Efficient, attentive, meticulous, and friendly service. Cloth tablecloths (except on weekends). Authentic, fresh cuisine; well-seasoned and generous portions. Excellent plain rice. Many regulars frequent this restaurant, which has been established for almost 40 years. Excellent value for money.

09/09/2026: This restaurant was very good; I ate sweet and sour pork with Cantonese rice and Chinese beer.

06/05/2026: Review given in response to Aurélie Ehret's opinion: My partner and I were also at this restaurant on Valentine's Day, and personally, we found the menu to be more than good, a cut above the regular menu. Excellent value for money for this kind of evening. Note that we eat there very regularly outside of Valentine's Day and we highly recommend it. The daily special is more than adequate with a good selection (available on Saturdays, no less). The best part: they accept dogs.

12/09/2026: Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was really good and easy to digest. The price-performance ratio was absolutely fine. It wasn't too crowded and was very relaxed. Highly recommended!

30/08/2026: The Peking duck is truly worthy of the original tasted in Beijing. The owners are very proactive, preferring efficient service to unnecessary formalities.

06/09/2026: The restaurant is closed indefinitely due to renovations; everything inside has been gutted. When calling, a recording plays in Chinese. Upon arrival at the restaurant, it is chaos. Many customers come to look, like us, because they are unclear about the opening hours. Well, I want to report that they are not opening anytime soon as stated. It is not right that they do not mention that they are closed due to renovation 🤔🥲

29/07/2026: This restaurant is a great place to enjoy a quality all-you-can-eat buffet in a pleasant setting at a very affordable price. It's well-located and the service is always excellent. The staff is very friendly and smiling. The food is good quality, and most of it tastes fresh. The shrimp, for example, are fresh, not frozen. The spring rolls, egg rolls, and sushi are homemade. The selection is sufficient but not comparable to those of larger buffets, for the sake of overall quality. However, it's not the place I would particularly recommend for desserts.

04/08/2026: We came here twice for a drink on the terrace during our stay in Alsace; friendly service and a great location.

20/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! I had kidneys on the terrace. The kidneys were cooked perfectly, the sauce was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The restaurant is well located, and the terrace offers a lovely view of the square right in the center of Mutzig. I'll definitely be back! A big thank you to the owner, Hoang, who is super friendly!

30/09/2026: ⭐ A deplorable experience, avoid at all costs! I went to eat at this all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant yesterday and I was extremely disappointed. The welcome was simply atrocious, with no sense of service or respect for customers. In the kitchen, the chef was on the phone, which leaves much to be desired in terms of professionalism. Furthermore, several items were undercooked, which is completely unacceptable in a restaurant and raises serious questions about hygiene and food safety. Between the deplorable welcome, the lack of professionalism, and the poor quality of the food, nothing was right. An all-you-can-eat buffet is no excuse for neglecting quality and customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will not be returning. A very disappointing experience from beginning to end.
