08/12/2024: We had a great time in this restaurant. The welcome was warm, and we particularly appreciated the beautiful starter composed of different vegetables, a first for us. We tasted a chicken Bibimbap and it was simply excellent, a great culinary discovery. Only small downside: the ginger herbal tea. It was too expensive for a simple herbal tea in a bag and unfortunately lacked taste, which is a shame. The menu is varied and makes you want to explore more. We will certainly come back to test the barbecue integrated directly into the table, which looks promising.

06/12/2024: I came with a friend. We were well received despite the crowds. We ate really well, from starter to dessert! We will definitely come back

30/01/2026: I try to eat at this restaurant several times because it's the closest Korean restaurant. The food is decent, the flavor is basic, nothing exceptional. But the owner's attitude is very aggressive and rude. We had a reservation for three people, but one didn't show up (we didn't know until the last minute despite our repeated reminders), but the owner yelled at us for not letting him know in advance. Then he didn't even give us a candy with the bill (I don't care about candy, but his attitude really bothers me). After I paid, he didn't even say thank you or goodbye. I don't understand his behavior! We paid for our meals correctly. If the third person doesn't show up, it's not our fault, and it doesn't cost the restaurant anything either (it was a rainy evening, and the restaurant was almost empty). I'm giving it one star for service because I can't give it less. In short, it's annoying and I'll never go back to that restaurant.

24/01/2026: Honestly, the service wasn't good, it was cold 🥶 The meat was also dry, I don't know why. Anyway, it's cheap but it's not very good, that's all.

09/12/2024: Very high quality meat, a super interesting wine list. A perfect chef and service. All in all, it makes for a superb Korean BBQ!

09/12/2024: An experience to live, the meats are of very good quality and therefore delicious and the service is friendly. Minimum 4 people for a table, I advise you to remember to warn in advance if people do not eat meat so that they anticipate.

31/01/2026: Excellent sushi and maki. Good, light coleslaw. The service was a bit overwhelmed by the number of customers, less attentive and more reserved, but they were willing to serve quickly.

11/01/2026: One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, the restaurant owner/manager and kitchen staff (3 people total) were engaged in a very loud, ongoing argument, shouting at each other in Japanese throughout our entire visit. This was not a brief disagreement — it was constant, aggressive yelling that completely destroyed any sense of comfort or hospitality. After receiving our starter, we decided we wanted to leave. However, even requesting the bill was nearly impossible. The staff were so absorbed in their argument that they did not respond to us at all, despite repeated attempts to get their attention. It took approximately 45 minutes just to receive the cheque, during which time the shouting continued unabated. We were also unable to receive the rest of our order. We only stayed as long as we did because we had already been served food. Otherwise, we would have left immediately. Completely unprofessional behaviour, a hostile atmosphere, and zero regard for customers. I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

25/11/2025: I can confirm that children often speak the truth: "Mom, there aren't enough stars to rate this restaurant!" It's true. I've been a regular at this restaurant for several years now, and I'm still absolutely delighted. It's become a ritual to come and spend quality time there with my children. The staff always welcome us with a warm smile, prepare our table with special care to suit our preferences, create fresh and delicious dishes, then help the children serve themselves at the buffet and laugh with them. Thank you to the staff of this restaurant for being so generous and attentive. A little bit of sweetness in this dreary world. I highly recommend a wonderful experience at Asian World in Lisieux, and bon appétit! 🙏🏼

11/11/2025: The waitress was haughty and treated us like idiots with her "actually..." The meal was a bit bland, but to each their own... the owners were pleasant.

08/12/2024: 17 euros for a 350ml bottle of soju is expensive! 3.60e at Tang Brother next door even if the prices are always more expensive in the restaurant. But this is not a 750ml bottle of wine. The rest is also expensive for relatively normal quality.

01/12/2024: I had a delicious meal. It was nice to be able to order one serving of budae stew.

28/12/2025: Very disappointed – food poisoning I have been a customer of this restaurant for three years, but unfortunately, after recently buying sushi, we suffered from food poisoning. We all vomited and had severe diarrhea all night and the following day. This is very worrying and unacceptable for an establishment we have frequented for so long. I hope the restaurant will take steps to prevent this from happening again. I am sharing this experience to warn other customers and to highlight a serious food safety issue.

27/11/2025: The spring rolls were very good, however the noodles were extremely oily. I didn't eat them because they were swimming in oil; there was at least 2 cm of oil at the bottom of my container. It's a shame because they looked very good.

01/07/2025: It's not possible once a hair in the lemon chicken and secondly a curd in one of the spring rolls, disgusting salad 🤢🤢

10/04/2025: Black salad, soft and cardboardy fries, dry and tasteless Cantonese rice, sushi with tasteless salmon, dubious prawns and steamed ravioli, etc…. 23 euros for a menu that's simply a steal... move on unless you want a bottled coke...

31/08/2024: An excellent time, fresh and appetizing products, very pleasant and available staff. A perfect place to meet up with family or friends to share delicious dishes. And all this by the sea!

28/08/2024: Too expensive for what we eat I won't go back

01/09/2024: All you can eat buffet. Little choice of meat, however, in quantity and average quality. Can meet the expectations of customers looking for an original dinner. Rather disappointing when we have already tested other Korean barbecues.

30/08/2024: Quality food, a rather varied choice and all that you can eat for less than €20 for lunch during the week.
