19/01/2026: I've been there a few times. I find the dishes a bit expensive, but the taste is there. On my last visit, a waitress gave us a dish with the wrong meat; we only realized this after tasting it. We asked for it to be sent back because we weren't planning on finishing it and to have the correct dish instead, but she acted as if she hadn't understood by leaving the dish at our table while also giving us the correct dish. Seeing the wrong dish pushed to the edge of the table, she retrieved it and gave it to another table (a dish we had already tasted). I'm very perplexed by this behavior; I don't think I'll be back.

18/02/2026: Shocking and unacceptable experience There were five of us (two adults and three children). Seated at our table, we took a few minutes to look at the menu before ordering, which seems normal in a restaurant. We were calm and respectful. The person who greeted us repeatedly pressured us to order immediately. When we hesitated, she told us that if we weren't happy with the menu, we could leave, that she would "offer" us drinks, and then she escorted us to the door. As a result, we were unable to order or eat there, with three hungry children. Beyond the food (which we didn't even get a chance to try), it's the attitude and lack of respect towards customers, including children, that are the problem. We were practically thrown out, refused service, simply because we had asked for a little more patience and courtesy—qualities essential for welcoming customers in a restaurant. We are shocked by such behavior, which is unacceptable and even discriminatory; this is the first time we have ever experienced anything like it.

28/01/2026: Delicious and pleasant service. Only the location where we were seated was rather unpleasant due to the cold from the open entrance of the restaurant.

24/02/2026: A horror movie. Throughout our meal, one of the managers coughed incessantly, without covering her mouth, then swallowed her cough with disgusting noises. The other woman serving was calmly cleaning her teeth with a toothpick. We asked the woman who was coughing if she could stop, leave, or even open the door because it was unbearable. She started talking in her language to her colleague, laughing at us. Aside from that, the ravioli and bibimbap were completely tasteless.

09/02/2026: Kakdougui is a very good Korean restaurant. The dishes are delicious, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. The service is attentive, and the staff is welcoming and friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable.
