Perhaps because they make the filling themselves, the dumplings are definitely different from those I've had elsewhere. Each side dish tastes exactly like the home cooking my mom used to prepare, and my French friends absolutely love the bulgogi 👍 In particular, the spicy jokbal, dogani (beef tendon), and braised yellow croaker are amazing; it’s incredible that they can replicate this taste in Paris. The green tea and perilla seed ice cream served for dessert are also homemade by the owner, so they aren't too sweet but have a nutty flavor that provides a clean finish. And the hotteok... it's actually tastier than the ones I used to eat in Korea. Seriously. 😄 It’s a place I always take guests to, and everyone is amazed!
