01/03/2026: A truly authentic Korean restaurant with incredibly delicious traditional dishes. The service is quick, the staff is lovely and will gladly advise you based on your tastes and preferences. Our menu included tteokbokki, dubu kimchi, mandoos, spicy stir-fried chicken, bibimbap, and kimchi jjigae, all accompanied by excellent yuza juice and a sublime homemade cinnamon dessert. This place is definitely worth a visit; reservations are recommended. Our only regret is not taking photos of the food, but we will certainly return.

15/03/2026: Conclusion: If you miss Korean food, you absolutely must visit. When I travel abroad, I tend to have a negative view of Korean cuisine and rarely eat it. To be honest, the reason is that the taste is often off. However, this place was different. We ordered Kimchi Jjigae (E20), Sundubu Jjigae (E20), Galbi Jjim (E25), and Stir-fried Squid (E22?). First off, the young Korean staff member was incredibly friendly. They even refilled the side dishes twice. (They even refilled the kimchi.) They also continuously paid attention to our table and asked if we needed anything. The important thing is the taste! The Kimchi Jjigae, Sundubu Jjigae, and Galbi Jjim were tastier than what I eat in Korea. The Stir-fried Squid seemed to have been slightly localized; it had a faint spice aroma. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and paid without any regrets. I am thrilled to have found a proper Korean restaurant for the first time since the Korean food I ate in Qatar. And that feeling is doubled by their kind consideration. If you miss Korean food in Paris, I highly recommend visiting this place.

28/03/2026: It was listed as mid-range on the menu, but it said €25. I paid €30 because a drink wasn't included. I'm shocked, it's a rip-off! Don't order drinks there. The waiters stared at us and circled around us during our meal. It was an unpleasant experience.

28/02/2026: An excellent Korean restaurant! We tried two barbecues and two bibimbaps, and everything was delicious. The restaurant is really cute, and the waitresses were lovely and very helpful. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area!

18/03/2026: I just ate there... The Jjamppong is tastier than most Chinese restaurants in Korea. The sweet and sour pork for one is 11 euros, but the portion is SOOOOO huge. If you're craving Korean food in Paris, you absolutely have to go there. They don't even charge for water, and they serve kimchi for free... It's rare to find something without an extra charge, and the kimchi is delicious too.

01/03/2026: We were looking for a Korean restaurant, we chose this one somewhat randomly, and honestly, we weren't disappointed at all. The meal was hearty and delicious; you can tell right away that everything is homemade. It's a place without any fuss; it's simple and family-run. The service is excellent: a free bottle of water, not tap water (and we even get to keep it!), and the small kimchi-style salads are refilled. And the best part is, it's really inexpensive for Paris.

28/02/2026: I went to Darae Restaurant alone six years ago, but this time I went with my girlfriend. She wasn't feeling well and had a cold, but thanks to the owner's care, she was able to get through the rest of her schedule without any problems. The food was still delicious, and the owner was very friendly. I wish the owner good health, and I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in Paris.

02/03/2026: The staff was so patient with us despite the language barrier (we don't speak french), and the atmosphere was perfectly cozy. The food was hands-down the best we’ve ever had—especially the beef barbecue and the incredible desserts. Highly recommended.

17/03/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, as it wasn't part of our original plan. We ordered two set lunch menus for €17 each on Saturday, March 14th. The service was quick and efficient. The starters and main courses were very good for a reasonable price. I recommend it.
