24/03/2024: Very disappointed. Service too long. Arrived at 8 p.m., left at 11:30 p.m. Lack of staff. 2 waitresses at the beginning. Just one after the aperitifs. All our congratulations to this person who, despite the atmosphere caused by this situation, did his best to be friendly with the customers, even offering us a little coffee. We will not return to this restaurant

23/03/2024: Certainly the hotel's policy is not to admit the slightest cancellation after 30 days' notice but their rigidity at this level is abusive. Please note that following a reservation on Booking where we most often have real flexible offers with establishments, whose rooms are in any case already ready and the staff already on site (where an Airbnb cancellation can be more restrictive and yet often possible and human), this hotel refused to reimburse me, only thirty minutes after my reservation. My cancellation was due to the fact that at night and without a vehicle, I was going to be dropped off on the side of the highway. A friend called me to come pick me up and take me home even though I had booked the hotel, which was obviously very far from the highway. The staff on the telephone were as unfriendly as possible, haughty and very limited-minded. Probably reflecting the establishment's policy. At a time when hotels are failing, such brands should ask themselves why. [Re:] Google refuses my screenshot but the information is noted on your website. How much is the fee for a cancellation since other establishments accept exceptional free cancellation via Booking? And why not offer me a credit for example?

26/02/2024: Very good location and hotel that met our expectations for a stopover on the way to the ocean. The hotel is very quiet (although close to the station), the family room is suitable and the welcome is great.

15/02/2024: Very warm welcome, the tiramisu is plentiful and very good. I was a little disappointed with my pasta dish which I found a little overcooked. A very good address in any case.

01/02/2024: The cook is doing something heavy! The plate of tapas and the burgers I recommend and again the fries 😍 I think he's the best chef in Brive that I've known since I've been in the region... The wait is long given the 'crowd but it is well worth it. Long live his cod accurs!!!

03/04/2024: Arriving in the evening in great shape, leaving the next morning with a blocked back thanks to a "broken" mattress. Frequenting hotels very regularly, this is the first time I have seen this. To sum up, never again in an ibis style.
