29/10/2025: We ordered the €45 and €40 set menus. For starters, we had salmon and calf's head. Both were excellent. For our main courses, we had ribeye steak with butternut squash purée. We also had sweetbreads with purée (at an extra charge), which were very good as well. The portions were generous and well-presented. We had ice cream for dessert. The service was efficient. We highly recommend this restaurant.

23/01/2026: We had a wonderful weekend, a very warm welcome, very kind and helpful staff, and attentive service.
As for the hotel, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location with impeccable hygiene. We had a lovely room; both the room and the bathroom were very clean and welcoming, with very comfortable mattresses.
There was a good selection for breakfast. 😊 What more can we say than that we had a very good weekend, too short in fact, and we will be back very soon.
We highly recommend it.

11/01/2026: I often stop at bakeries during my travels for a coffee and pastry break. I'm going to add this one to my list of favorites. A warm welcome, which is already a big plus, and the coffee and products are good.
27/10/2025: A wonderful place, both for the quality of the welcome and the cuisine.
We enjoyed the weekend menu and were delighted. The waiter was excellent. The cleanliness of the place deserves a special mention. I recommend it 100%.

La serveuse renverse le vert de coca ( sa peut arriver ) aucune excuse ramener un autre verre pas de la même taille du coup elle transvide dans un autre verre à table même pas apporter d’autre serviette…. Du grand n’importe quoi …. Manque la moitier des choses. Une attente interminable Catastrophique de macdo pfff
03/09/2024: Attente 20 minutes pour passer commande (2 bornes seulement fonctionnent ). Attente 25 minutes pour avoir le repas dont le burger était froid. Jamais vu un mc do pareil. C'est pas un fast food c'est un low food

I have been systematically staying at Les Gravades in Ussel for 5 years for my business trips.
It feels like a family home in the countryside.
Vast, natural, relaxing, beautiful environment.
The rooms are large, clean, very comfortable bedding.
The staff is at the top of the service, special mention for Carla and Flora :)! And the whole team takes great care.
Great restaurant, good products, fast service.
Very varied continental breakfast, with a wide choice of local and homemade products. There is something for every taste.
And the hotel mascot............The super nice cat LILO <3
who gives hugs to all the customers :) always on hand to welcome me when I come, a joy!
