02/01/2026: This so-called Black Forest log looks more like a cream-filled sewer grate, packed with cherries with an excessive alcohol content 😵‍💫 It cost us €40 for a mouthful of low-quality cream 😑 Run to Picard instead; you can buy three infinitely better logs for the same price. Furthermore, the service was very unpleasant and nonchalant; I was practically smelling the saleswoman's cigarette smoke as she let it waft into the shop. 🚭

10/08/2025: Our evening ritual during each vacation in Porto-Vecchio… the ice creams are extra good, the products are fresh, the prices are reasonable and the staff are pleasant! I highly recommend it.

13/10/2025: Passing through Corsica every year since 2017, we stop each year at the Da Mare by Sea Lounge hut. We first visited Sea Lounge in 2017 and then the new hut. It's always a pleasure to come to this little corner of paradise. The team is great, and the restaurant is delicious. See you next year, book us a bed! J and T.

02/10/2025: Very disappointed with our return to Sea Lounge, end of season, last day I understand that the season was long but to turn off the music when we hadn't even started to eat, and use the drill to dismantle part of the terrace... It's borderline! I'm not talking about the frosty welcome! The waiters and waitresses who don't even deign to smile! We used to come every year with friends. There, there were only 2 of us and frankly the bill was €150! The prices are astounding and increase every year! €30 for 4 doughnuts that are as small as a cherry tomato!!! Too bad for you because the place is magnificent. Unfortunately I won't go back.

08/11/2025: A truly wonderful discovery! From the service to the food, everything was perfect: hot, authentic Corsican dishes, all homemade, truly home-style cooking bursting with flavor. The desserts were delicious, the atmosphere very pleasant with the fireplace lit, and the welcome was outstanding. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

22/03/2026: Very warm welcome. Nice and tasty dishes, served quickly. Pleasant setting. One minor drawback: the dessert pictured... Fruit carpaccio with a scoop of ice cream in the center. It's reminiscent of a flower, but the presentation lacks creativity. Were we the only customers?

06/09/2025: A stroll through the village of Porto Vecchio and a discovery of this salad bar. It's an original concept and a great idea. Create your own salad with the ingredients of your choice; everything is well-prepared. Friendly and pleasant staff. I highly recommend this salad bar for a delicious break.

21/10/2025: Sorry, but we're disappointed. We expected much better in terms of flavor and freshness (salad, bread). However, we were well received and the coffee was good.

10/03/2026: A very beautiful place located right across from the port. However, the service is mediocre. There are a lot of servers, but most of them are constantly glued to their phones and, consequently, completely oblivious to what's happening in the dining room. They can walk past your table 20 times without even glancing at you. We had to ask for everything: bread, water, for our table to be cleared... To the point that they didn't even serve my daughter's dessert, which was included in her menu, and they conveniently neglected to remind us of that! It's a shame, because the food itself isn't bad at all.

15/09/2025: The ice creams were very good and accompanied by a carafe of water with glasses and napkins nicely arranged! So far, impeccable! BUT a really not friendly waiter ruined everything because he obviously didn't know the words "friendliness", "smile", "welcome". I dare to hope that it wouldn't be due to... our status as "pinzutu-tourists"? Result: no tip, no way... Fortunately, in the following days we found, elsewhere, friendly, smiling and oh so warm professionals!

24/10/2025: Unlike some reviews, we were very well received and the pizzas were excellent and the waiting time was reasonable. Nothing to complain about this establishment!
