30/10/2024: Without a doubt, it is the best straw hut on Palombaggia beach. The setting is magnificent, with breathtaking views of the crystal clear sea. Sure, the prices are a little high, but everything is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere, both chic and relaxed, adds to the charm of the place.
11/10/2024: Nice place, but hefty bill, we just had one drink, 3 25cl beers, a bottle of rosé for 4 = 63 euros for 7...

31/08/2024: We chose the restaurant for the very nice view and for the excellent reviews, unfortunately the word excellent is a far cry from what we ate, the most worrying thing was the lack of friendliness of the staff, if you speak in English they quickly reply in French making dialogue difficult.
To make matters worse we paid the bill and discovered that the owner was Italian (or spoke perfect Italian) so they could have been much more welcoming or polite.
We do not demand anything being guests, but this was our less than positive experience.
24/08/2024: Our food was fresh and deliciously prepared. Unfortunately, service was a bit unfriendly… No one wanted or could speak English. But we got everything we wanted.

11/08/2024: We are delighted with our week spent at the Ranch, very beautiful setting with access to the most beautiful beaches, the horseback riding with Eva was great. Great staff and lovely Charles

12/12/2024: Price much too expensive compared to the quality and quantity (120€ for a 150gram veal chop) then the owner has the nerve to sell a bottle of wine for 50€ which had already been started by a customer the day before.

17/09/2024: We ordered Pizza to go. They were very friendly and fast.
Special wish we’re not a problem but cost 1,50€ per add on.
Unfortunately, the Pizza had by far too much cheese and was too greasy. Therefore, we can’t recommend it for pizza but haven’t tested it other meals.

14/09/2024: Honestly, nothing to say about the restaurant and it's just sublime under the fig trees wow the incredibly kind staff we will come back without hesitation to this magnificent restaurant the dishes were delicious only downside the price of the white pastry dish for my son was a little expensive but otherwise Perfect

18/09/2024: We were greeted very nicely by the waiter who immediately brought a blanket in case it got too cold. The small slices of pizza for the aperitif were a surprise. On recommendation, we ordered the daily fish soup as a starter, it was great! The beef skewers also tasted very good, they were cooked to perfection. We would like to thank the team for this lovely evening! Good bye

Everything needs to be reviewed in this restaurant, if you can't do it, change jobs, others do it very well!!!! To flee!!!!
08/11/2024: Nous sommes venu il y a 2 jours avec notre bébé de 8 mois et nous avons été très bien accueilli. Serveurs super serviable .Nous avons mangé 2 pizzas qui été délicieuse 👌
Les déserts avaient l’air tous bon on a opté pour le tiramisu qui été excellent.

Nous avons été très content de notre repas.
19/09/2024: Le lieu est à l’écart de la rue, avec une terrasse caché sous les arbres. La cuisine y est simple, authentique et familiale. Nous avons adoré les lasagnes et la langue de veau. La serveuse était très agréable. Le tout pour un prix raisonnable

28/09/2024: A relaxing, calm stay in a cozy chic setting, good soundproofing, very clean room with private terrace and deckchairs, a bubble of well-being. The staff is available, smiling, gives good advice, answers questions and advises in an adequate and personalized manner. Pool towels and beach towels provided free of charge, free access to the beach, the chic and tasty bistronomic restaurant, breakfast with local and homemade products.
The only small downside (compensated by all the services available) is the location.
30/07/2024: Stay in Corsica at the Hôtel du Roi Theodore, everything is top notch, the decoration, the swimming pools, the breakfast, the room. The setting is truly magnificent despite its location in a commercial area, we will come back

14/09/2024: De très bon plats et un cadre exceptionnel. Un service de qualité, je recommande le gros est la vue . Le seul bémol des prix assez élevés.
04/09/2024: Plusieurs avis , la serveuse nous a fait comprendre autours d un verre a la fermeture que la marchandise était achetée à moindres coût , que la chef cuisto a démissionné pour cela je ne comprend encore moins les prix pratiqué et encore moins le personnel sous payer ! Je vous souhaite de vous améliorer niveau qualité des produits acheté et de leur provenance mais surtout des prix pratiqués, le monsieur qui fait les pizza nous a aussi dit qu il ne posséder aucune qualification…. À revoir
