29/06/2026: Costa Marian is a reliable choice near Palombaggia. It's not a beach bar, but the view of Palombaggia Bay from the elevated terrace is magnificent. They serve excellent wood-fired pizzas (the best in the area), very good grilled meat and fish, and generous portions of Mediterranean cuisine. The atmosphere is cozy, friendly, and romantic. It's best to book from mid-June onwards. Prices are on the higher end of average, but not excessive.

13/06/2026: Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience. The same dessert was accidentally charged twice on my bill.. Mistakes can happen, but more attention should be paid to ensuring the bill is correct when processing payment.. The food was good, but this experience negatively affected my overall impression of the visit. For clarification, the crossed-out items and notes on the receipt were added by me for personal use as a reminder regarding the split payment between friends and are not related to the restaurant or the incorrectly charged item.

11/06/2026: I highly recommend it. Two set menus: Starter, main course, and dessert Or starter and main course. Between 17 and 20 euros. Excellent value for money. Plus, the food is excellent. Nothing to complain about. If you have any doubts, go for it! 🙂🙂

11/07/2026: Reservation for 9:30 PM, 30-minute wait, we were seated at 10:00 PM. My mojito lacked strength; I'd say it was bland. My duck breast with honey sauce looked sad on its wooden plate, and the accompanying potatoes were hard and undercooked. It was a tasteless, colorless, and uninspiring dish. I've eaten better for the same price at other restaurants. Here, it's the decor and reputation that attract customers. The profiteroles were good.

11/07/2026: The food (savory side) was great, the BBQ and pizza were delicious, no complaints there, and the decor was fantastic. But I'm taking off a star for the desserts; there's a lot of room for improvement there. I had a cheesecake, which was really bad; I almost didn't eat it. My boyfriend had a cookie, which wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good either.

28/06/2026: Everything is perfect. An idyllic spot, right on the sand with a magnificent view. The dishes are excellent, made with fresh ingredients, and the fish is always available depending on the catch. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and make you want to come back because they make your mouth water. Plus, there are cats that come right up to you. A must-try!

05/07/2026: Very bad experience – prices not honored and unacceptable explanations. We spent the day at Playa Baggia and were very disappointed by the complete lack of price transparency. First problem: the Chicken Club Sandwich is listed at €22 on the restaurant menu, as well as online. However, when the bill arrived, we were charged €26 each, which is €8 more for two dishes. When we asked for an explanation, we were told that the price was €26 because it was “real chicken.” This response is simply unacceptable. When a dish is advertised as a Chicken Club Sandwich, the customer is obviously entitled to assume that it is indeed chicken. If the price changes depending on the quality or type of product, this must be clearly indicated on the menu before ordering, and not only revealed at the time of payment. Second problem: the sun loungers were quoted at €35 when we booked a week in advance, but they were ultimately charged at €40 each on arrival, meaning €10 more for two loungers. In total, between the food and the loungers, this represents an €18 difference between the advertised/displayed prices and the prices actually charged. The issue isn't the amount itself, but a matter of principle and compliance with current legislation: a customer must be able to trust the prices displayed on a menu or quoted during a reservation. A different price cannot be applied when the bill arrives without clear prior notification. I've attached photos of the menu, the website, and the receipts so that future customers can see the discrepancies for themselves. A very bad experience; I felt misled about the prices. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
