26/07/2026: Excellent food; if you're in Chambolle, go there, you won't be disappointed.
19/07/2026: To eat beef bourguignon while in Bourgogne is something else. You'd think the chef at La Chambolle was a vampire, having had hundreds of years to perfect the dish. It was insanely hot in France on this day, but this traditional French dinner made us forget the weather. Great folks, great food, extremely authentic in every way.
