A 50cl carafe of Sauvignon Blanc rounded off this restaurant visit... delicious The staff also deserves a big congratulations for working in this temperature..

16/07/2026: This restaurant is pathetic. They treat us like dirt. We get to the register and see there's nothing left to eat, so we end up with the worst panini I've ever seen. I really don't recommend it; even a cordon bleu panini is better! I don't think that's right.

I am disappointed for them and will never recommend your restaurant again. I am also informing the Michelin Guide. Review from Fatiha of the Michelin-starred restaurant. She gives it 2 stars. Very, very disappointed. August 2026 • Couples We received a gift certificate from a friend to dine at this Michelin-starred restaurant. Dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant was a first for us, and we experienced one disappointment after another: _ Regarding the menu, my husband and I had chosen two different menus. When we told the waiter our choice, he said it wasn't possible: for a table, everyone must choose the same menu. Fine, we complied with this requirement. _ For drinks (knowing that we don't drink alcohol), we asked for a bottle of sparkling water, such as Plancoet. We were told that, for environmental reasons, there were no commercially available bottled water options, and they were serving tap water instead. We complied with this requirement, and I should point out that the waiter served the water and didn't leave the tap on the table but placed it on a cabinet at the back of the room. We're still wondering where this water came from, especially since we paid 6 euros for it. We were served a tasting menu, including a slice of fish poached in court-bouillon. My husband's piece of fish was still wrapped in plastic film, and we pointed this out to the waiter. He said he would mention it to the chef. We haven't heard anything about this issue, and perhaps the chef could have come in person to apologize. Finally, when it came time to pay, the cashier was quite unpleasant. She criticized us for not having made a photocopy of the gift certificate (we were on vacation, and on vacation, we didn't have a printer). Then, since we had exceeded the value of the gift certificate, I wanted to pay by credit card, but she refused, saying she had a thousand euros in annual fees for card payments. In conclusion, we were disappointed with this experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant where we encountered one unpleasant surprise after another, despite having come to have a good time. 17/08/2026: My sister and I gave our parents a gift certificate for the bistronomic restaurant's market menu for Christmas 2025. The experience was a series of disappointments. Disastrous management from the start • Online purchase confirmed, invoice received, account debited… but the restaurant was unable to locate the reservation. Email communication was unprofessional. • The bistronomic restaurant closed permanently in February 2026 without individually notifying gift certificate holders by email. • When my parents called to schedule their visit, they received a deplorable reception: they were criticized for not having “followed the restaurant’s news” on social media and in the local press. An opaque and unpleasant refund process. They were made to feel like they were bothering them, even though the time for their visit to the restaurant to collect the refund had been agreed upon in advance. They were told they “had to be quick” because they were “in the middle of service.” The restaurant was empty and had just opened. • They were told that all customers had already been refunded, which turned out to be false once they arrived: the owner finally admitted that only two people had requested a refund. • The refund process involved a platform with fees we had to pay, so it wasn't a full refund! • The "market menu" was still displayed in the restaurant, even though it hadn't existed since February: no updates, no transparency. This attitude doesn't exactly encourage customers to "make an effort": The owner suggested to my parents that they "make an effort and pay the difference" for a gourmet menu. But let's be honest: with a warmer welcome and a more respectful attitude, they might have considered making this "effort." They didn't. Given the number of negative reviews about gift cards, my parents were right to request a refund and go to another establishment where they would receive a warmer welcome. If the owner isn't making a profit, she's under no obligation to offer gift cards. Conclusion I can't judge the food. However, if you're looking for a welcome worthy of a Michelin-starred establishment, reliable customer service, and a minimum of respect, look elsewhere.

17/08/2026: Good food, pleasant beachfront location. The dishes were tasty and served quickly. The clam and leek fondue pizza was crispy and quite generously topped. The scallop dish was well prepared. I only disliked the non-alcoholic cocktail, which was incredibly bitter. I'm deducting one star for the waiter's slightly cold "You chose the cocktail, not me."

16/08/2026: Shameful! We ate and were served terribly! The dishes are overpriced for the quality! Bland food! Absolutely no flavor! Avoid at all costs! Don't go there! My warm goat cheese salad had two tiny croutons with one small piece of goat cheese on them. The tagliatelle carbonara had mushrooms! And the sauce was watery! I can't believe it! The seafood sauerkraut had Nantais butter and carrot purée! Ugh, what's the world coming to? In short, never again! Extremely disappointed!

24/08/2026: Delicious food and wine of a high standard, at a fair price, in a relaxed atmosphere. Attentive and friendly waiters/waitresses. We ate lunch and dinner there, choosing from the set menu. Always excellent and varied. We highly recommend it.

23/08/2026: The food was frankly mediocre, the waitresses were incompetent and rude, and a glass of Muscadet costing €7.50… you've got to be kidding me!!! In short: don't go there.

17/08/2026: A very wide variety of flavors, the two young women were very friendly, we really ate some very good ice cream.
