15/12/2024: Arriving at 9:15 p.m. this evening, I hear myself reply that they no longer serve in the dining room and that you have to order at the drive-thru. Ok I do it like this. Then I come home and oh surprise I ordered a Macfirst beef menu I got the chicken instead. That I haven't finished, the spicy sauce is inedible. I come back to order for 1 other person at 10:15 p.m. and surprise the drive is closed... fortunately bk was open.. .
15/12/2024: A really lousy welcome, the manager ELODIE spoke to us really badly, looked down on us, frankly disappointed with the welcome. Reception training to be done unlike the simple team member who was at the top!

29/10/2024: I waited 11 days for a simple answer to a question posted online. When I called I waited over 10 minutes with no response and can't get an appointment in less than three weeks. This is truly a disservice from a so-called “public” service. It's a joke. And open to the public only four mornings a week for three and a half hours!
