14/10/2024: I arrived in the city center late, it was close to 10 p.m., I hadn't reserved anything, and the restaurant agreed to serve me a main course and a dessert, without the starter. I accepted the deal without regret. Even without the starter, I was served 2 small toasts with dried duck breast, enough to whet my appetite for what comes next. The duck breast cooked with porcini mushrooms and seasonal vegetables was a treat. The squash puree and parsnip puree were particularly good. And they were real porcini mushrooms, present in numbers, perfect for a fan like me. As for dessert, I ordered the one of the moment, the soft chocolate-chestnut, and I was served an incredible plate with various coulis, all delicious (almonds, salted butter caramel, passion fruit, red fruits), homemade whipped cream, a scoop of ice cream and its crunchy tile and of course the soft treat while still warm. Thank you to the team for their welcome.

Accueil sincère et agréable, pour une cuisine assez incroyable, par exemple une tourte au cerf assez dingue et réussie, des amuse bouches variés et succulents, des desserts inédits, surprenants et absolument remarquables, peu sucrés, en conclusion allez les yeux fermés, c'est juste formidable ! Bravo à toute l'équipe !

Exemples: un verre de vin (Bergerac quelconque) dans un grand verre, ce qui vous donne l'impression de ne pas avoir grand chose à boire : 12€ Dessert: 15€ Les plats sont bons heureusement Patron assez suffisant, un peu donneur de leçon Bref passez votre chemin. ha oui, j'oubliais : 135€ pour deux : une entrée+1 plat et 1 entrée+ 1 dessert et 2 fonds de verres de vins

17/10/2024: Very nice stay, I highly recommend the room was large, warm, comfortable and very well decorated! As for breakfast, it was very good and there was a lot of choice! The owner is very welcoming thank you for the week 🙂

It was a surprise when the waiter came outside and approached our table to ask us to come get our drinks, isn't that his job? So my friend goes to get the drinks, shows her displeasure... but no reaction from the waiter until... he DARES to go out and serve the other customers' drinks some time later and also allows himself to make remarks such that “You are lucky”, “for you I will take them to you”, “this is frowned upon these days”! All the while daring to look at us and laugh. Being a server is a job that requires friendliness and respect, which is not present in your server. I advise you to change lanes.
