The waiter, with his boundless energy, constantly offered commentary; it was impossible to move without being subjected to a remark, and he was quite pushy. Exhausting. Furthermore, there was a significant lack of basic service. Very surprising for a restaurant of this caliber. It's a shame the service was so different from the food.

Tout fait maison avec beaucoup d originalité notamment le profiterole landais avec de la chantilly de foie gras. Que de délices... Des serveurs efficaces et attentionnés .
