30/08/2024: The service was really slow. The waiter, an elderly gentleman, spoke to us in a rude and condescending manner. As we had young children, we had to leave quickly so as not to disturb other guests. The waiter didn't appreciate it and replied curtly "I'll get to it" when we asked for the bill. He also mentioned that he had already fired customers for not respecting the restaurant's traditions. In summary, it's an average restaurant and overpriced for what it is and a bitter old man with no concept of customer service.

15/08/2024: To start, we're having fried eggs with foie gras, what can I say, they're not cooked. We went back to the waiters to tell them, the only thing they could tell us was that it was the yolk that wasn't cooked so we showed them with the fork that the white was viscous. For the dish, we take mussels with Camembert, in fact we should change the name and put mussels PARSEMER de Camembert. Tasteless mussels, cider sauce. We kindly approach the waiters, explaining to them that it has no taste. They went back to the kitchen with our mussels and gave us pieces. Then, when the dishes come back, the waiter transfers my waste mussels into my girlfriend's to be able to mix my mussels. He does the same for my girlfriend. While trying to eat anyway, a waitress comes back and asks us if we need to add NEUCHÂTEL! When going to the cash register to pay, I asked for a small gesture, which was done but we were looked at with contempt. I understand why we wait so long between each course there are 4 servers for a single table. Do you have staff? The restaurant is to RUN AWAY! The kitchen too! It would take two more for the servers to be slightly friendlier. We leave hungry. I think that at this level something should be done in the kitchen. I am disappointed with this restaurant, the meal, the friendliness of the staff. Not at all worth the €35 I paid for this meal.

10/09/2024: Null. Even after several years, we cannot change people's stupidity. To put it simply, it's not because we're a pizza delivery girl that we can afford to block traffic, especially when three meters in front there are two spaces on the same side which are free, and when I try to make people understand that this driver just had to turn her steering wheel to park, I was entitled to complete contempt: "I'm working, you just have to wait". It's obvious that no one other than this young lady is trying to work, it must be the only business in Pont Audemer that wants to work, and the only person who wants to drive without unnecessary constraints (turn a steering wheel to park two meters away , it's insurmountable....)???? I will give this bad rating every time this business censors me, And obviously I don't advise anyone to give this business the opportunity to make turnover. When we despise others, we do not deserve their trust, and we reap their anger.
