30/11/2025: A sure bet in the Venice of Normandy.
The service is impeccable, very little waiting, attentive, and very pleasant.
The food is still excellent, but the desserts have changed in terms of taste and texture (chocolate mousse and caramel cheesecake).
The restaurant was full, which is to be expected when you serve such good food.
We will definitely return.
As mentioned above, we went back to Sadi Carnot. Impeccable service. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding. A real treat. One small drawback: the desserts... They are very good, but it would be nice to update the menu because, by the time you arrive, you know them all quite well.

25/11/2025: Excellent restaurant! We ate very well and weren't rushed, which was much appreciated as, having recently had surgery, it was impossible for us to eat quickly. A truly wonderful discovery; we will definitely return.
24/11/2025: We discovered this superb restaurant with a gift certificate! The cuisine was exquisite, the foie gras and scallops were excellent! No waiting, very well organized.
We will be back.

12/12/2025: Hello, we were served by a very pleasant waitress, but afterwards a dark-haired waiter dared to reprimand us for laughing. I find that really unfortunate; his attitude of getting angry over something like that is intolerable. McDonald's, which is supposed to be a place to share with friends, is a shame.
29/11/2025: A disaster. Half our order wasn't served. The salad was missing the dressing and the cutlery. They were out of forks! I had to eat my salad with two knives! The fries were cold, and the burgers weren't what we ordered. And we had to go back because we were finishing our meal and still hadn't received a drink! This has been happening every time we come for the past few months. Appalling, especially considering McDonald's prices these days!

26/10/2024: We were very disappointed with the food. 4 dishes ordered and all 4 were not good, including the mussels and fries of which more than half of the dish remained in the pan... very disappointed with the desserts as well.

Order at 6 p.m. for 7 p.m., clearly stating that there must be no delay due to imperatives. Ordered over €180 for pizza. Called at 6:10 p.m., because there was no pizza in sight, and received a response of "don't worry, they're coming." The result: a 25-minute delay for a theater troupe that had to eat within minutes of the performance. A gesture from the owner, two bottles of soda... We were later told that the catering was struggling...

Cependant , un gros bémol , indépendant de la qualité des plats et du service
Salle à l’étage petite , sensiblement 16 couverts
Un gros chien de type berger allemand, mal contrôlé par sa propriétaire, venant mettre sa truffe dans nos assiettes
Bien sûr aucune réaction de la maîtresse du personnel et du propriétaire au moment de payer. J’étais manifestement une casse pied.
Effectivement la loi ne dit plus rien sur la présence des chiens, mais il est insupportable de devoir lutter avec un chien pour pouvoir dîner tranquillement.
Bien sûr, ce restaurant a perdu ma clientèle
29/08/2024: Superlekker eten en de bediening van de jonge ober was top, vriendelijk én aandachtig. Het maakte ons uitstapje naar Pont Audemer nóg beter. Bravo

30/08/2024: The service was really slow. The waiter, an elderly gentleman, spoke to us in a rude and condescending manner. As we had young children, we had to leave quickly so as not to disturb other guests. The waiter didn't appreciate it and replied curtly "I'll get to it" when we asked for the bill. He also mentioned that he had already fired customers for not respecting the restaurant's traditions. In summary, it's an average restaurant and overpriced for what it is and a bitter old man with no concept of customer service.
