27/12/2025: First visit to this establishment, and it was a wonderful culinary experience. We opted for the main course and dessert set menu as there are no vegan starters. I recommend the vegetable spaghetti with tofu; it was delicious.

05/12/2025: New review November 2025. When the new owners took over the business in 2024, we rushed to order. However, we were very disappointed; the portion of fries was small (the packaging was completely flat). The burger was just like the previous ones. So, a disappointing experience. Months passed, and we decided to give them another chance. The burgers were good (although the green peppercorn sauce wasn't quite there in the Beatles burger), and this time the portion of fries was decent. The garlic sauce that comes with the fries doesn't have a very strong garlic flavor and is more like mayonnaise, so I recommend the tartar sauce instead. Review May 2024. The very first time, we were won over by the excellence of the burgers and fries: perfectly soft brioche bun, excellent beef, delicate sauce… The burgers were indulgent but well-balanced, and the homemade fries were to die for (we even dreamed of a bottomless cone!). Unfortunately, the initial success didn't pay off. On two other occasions, we ordered burgers and fries, and it's clear that the taste was no longer there: bland burgers, meat cooked to perfection (well-done instead of rare), fries too dark, and, most importantly, quickly reheated in a bath of oil. This lack of consistency is a major disappointment (hence the 3/5 rating).

10/07/2025: Lovely restaurant on the port. The food is delicious, fresh, and refined. The staff is lovely, friendly, and attentive. While visiting Brest for a week's work, I returned there two nights in a row.

We looked for octopus under a microscope, there wasn't really any fish on the menu, service by overwhelmed temporary staff (you have to ask for everything: salt/pepper, bread, water, etc.) and to top it all off, a beer with more foam than liquid, a very contemptuous remark made to Florian who should have done another job, a shopkeeper... In short, hake didn't please me.

17/06/2025: Excellent cuisine, sublime, very tasty, with an abundance of flavors. For our 40th wedding anniversary, we had the 7-course menu, with wine pairing. It was divine, exceeding our expectations, and even more. Bravo to the chef and his team; the Michelin star is well-deserved.

29/06/2025: We were looking for a restaurant for lunch and luckily we found this restaurant with excellent food quality, salad dressing was outstanding. The menu was extensive with many choices. The staff were very friendly, even checking in to see if we were enjoying our meal, which I appreciated. Cozy atmosphere. I have saved this restaurant to my list so I can recommend it to many friends.

04/12/2025: Is it the boss's order not to say hello or good evening to customers? Seriously, it's unbelievable. Every time I go, I barely get a polite greeting, and forget about a smile—I've given up on that idea. Anyway, apart from that, the pub's prices are reasonable (the lowest in Lower Siam, I think).

25/01/2026: The à la carte menu isn't overly extensive, allowing guests to choose the daily specials listed on the chalkboard. A winning choice both in terms of timing and cost. The only shame is that the duck leg was very dry. Excellent value for money.

16/01/2026: The daily special was very good (sea bream fillet with vegetables, and the veal Marengo was also very good), especially considering the price of €13.80. The desserts were also very satisfying. We will be back.

15/01/2026: Visited on Thursday the 15th around 11:45 am. The gentleman in the gray vest, the lady at the counter, and the young man taking orders were all very professional and efficient, no complaints whatsoever, kudos to them. However, I saw an employee wearing a helmet touch his nose and continue serving without washing his hands. Another employee entered the kitchen around noon with a can of Red Bull brought from outside and without a hairnet, and yet another person also entered the kitchen without a hairnet. The language used at the counter was also inappropriate; some people seem to forget that customers can hear everything. The hygiene and professionalism issues are obvious, and honestly, I will never come back here. Also, they forgot the cheese in my sandwich, and the caramel ice cream was overflowing everywhere—in short, disgusting.

24/11/2025: I'm sorry to post this review because I really appreciate the manager and the quality of the products, but a few days ago, I was served on an unwashed plate with traces of chocolate crepe, which wasn't my dish, and my glass had numerous fingerprints. It's a shame I didn't dare say anything right away because I couldn't believe it.
