15/07/2026: We enjoyed our meal and the food was good, but unfortunately, the way the bill was handled spoiled the experience. Both desserts were included in our set menu, with only a €3 supplement per dessert. However, when the bill arrived, we were charged the full price for the desserts instead of just the supplement. When we pointed this out, we were told there had indeed been a mistake and an initial correction had been made. However, upon further review, we realized that part of the amount owed had still not been refunded: €6 was still missing. That's €12 in total... So we had to go back a second time to claim the full difference. What's particularly disappointing isn't that a mistake can happen, but the fact that we had to insist several times to get a proper refund. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience. The food was good, but a bill should be checked thoroughly and transparently. I therefore advise customers to check their bill carefully before leaving.

15/07/2026: Appalling! I ordered twice through Deliveroo. It was a buy-one-get-one-free offer, but both times I only received one burger… This is false advertising, shame on you! I called, they said they'd look into sending me a delivery, but I'm still waiting.

14/07/2026: I ordered delivery. I'm disappointed. Despite my female voice, my first name, and the fact that I've repeated myself (four times I've said I'm a woman), I was addressed as Mr. S, but the address and first name were the same as for previous orders. The order wasn't what I had placed. The receipt and the bag didn't match anything except for a sauce, a fry, and the tiramisu was industrial and, unfortunately, half-frozen. A sauce was missing, which I had to pay extra for. The bread was stale. The fries were half-eaten and not what I had ordered. The burgers weren't the ones I chose. The meal was cold, even though they told us on the phone it would arrive in 15 minutes. However, it took an hour and a half. They apologized, saying it was because it was July 14th. I advise against ordering at lunchtime or on public holidays. 2 stars for the atmosphere because the delivery person was polite. 🙂 Perhaps they were tired from partying too hard the night before in front of the fireworks? 🍻🥴🍾🎉🎊🎆🎇🥳🥂
