03/03/2024: Everything was perfect. We had a dinner, breakfast and a buffet-style lunch. The view is breathtaking and what is on the plate is also very good. We are well received and the different servers explain to us well the organization of the dishes. The breakfast was very generous, continental... and the buffet offers the choice between several starters, 2 main courses and several desserts.
I don't understand the negative reviews, we were very well received, the place is calm and the servers are responsive when you ask something. Thank you very much for this beautiful moment!

The plus that makes the difference: everything is homemade, the dishes, of course, but also the bread, the jam, the honey...
23/03/2024: Good evening at the Blue Thistles, I didn't have the chance to taste the beef or the foie gras. I only ate seafood... There were 5 of us on this shellfish platter, very generous. We didn't manage to finish... We had to reserve ourselves for the "kouign-amann and its salted butter caramel ice cream". In short, for foodies or epicureans I recommend this address...
Oh yes, I almost forgot. Don't forget to ask the boss the origin of the name of his establishment...
