11/05/2024: A quick visit to Roscoff and an irresistible desire for oysters made me discover this nice restaurant. I took some oysters to go, which were excellent.
To try again on site during a next visit
11/05/2024: We have just arrived in Roscoff. 1st restaurant found. Correct welcome. Lots of people in this tourist restaurant. A little disappointed with the mussels and fries specials of the day. It only concerns me. As for the price... nothing to say, we are in a tourist town.

Superb location, in the veranda, with views of the sea and the island of Batz
Excellent piece of rump steak, cooked rare and home fries
Excellent homemade fish soup, homemade croutons, homemade rouille.
Exceptional tart tatin with vanilla ball and whipped cream.
Impeccable service, very very professional, rare enough to be mentioned in this case

04/04/2024: Very friendly welcome, very good spreads, excellent seaweed tartare! In short, a pleasant and almost obligatory visit if you are in Roscoff!
17/03/2024: Excellent place to have some atmosphere. Two small downsides for me: the TV sound was too loud (but we knew that when we entered) and the seaweed tartare was nice but it could have been served with butter. Nothing too bad since it's the kind of place where you go for the lively side. In short, I enjoyed this moment.

04/04/2024: While passing through Roscoff we took advantage of this establishment for its ideal location and exceptional panorama. The whole team is very caring and attentive. The bosses are very kind. The bar is rich in discoveries and flavors. At the restaurant we tasted Legris oysters and feasted on beautiful, large spiders straight from the Vivier. The servers are relaxed, smiling and friendly for a simple experience. The room with sea view is a real cocoon.
We recommend Janie's because it feels like home. No fuss so we are comfortable there.
Go for a real moment of pleasure.

Very warm welcome, table on the edge of the facade with a great view of the port!
Lunch was also great, nothing was missed.
The seafood platter was fresh and very well presented.
The risotto is also excellent!
We go there every time we visit Brittany and are never disappointed...
In short, nothing to say about this establishment!!

11/08/2023: Dans ce restaurant il ne faut pas y aller avec l'idée en tête d'avoir de la grande cuisine mais une cuisine quand même de qualité certes avec des prix parfois un peu exagéré : les boissons par exemples on encore les desserts. Les serveurs sont très aimables mais c'est un restaurant très bruyant et on ne peut donc pas être au calme sans avoir toute les 2 mins des cris d'enfants.
Mais en globalité cest un beau restaurant avec une superbe vue et un service qualitatif et une cuisine " basique"

Big gourmands, be careful though 🤣 it's garnished as it should, the andouille is well grilled, the onions are caramelized, a pure pleasure...

26/03/2024: Excellent weekend at Brittany in Roscoff. Everything was perfect in our eyes:
- Impeccable welcome & service. Smiling & professional staff at all positions (reception, restaurant, room & spa)
- Michelin-starred restaurant with magnificent 180° sea view. Succulent menu & special mention for the dried onion butter.
- Very beautiful, modern & spacious room with sea view in the Batz wing. High quality bedding.
- We enjoyed our treatments (massage & facial). Our therapists were smiling, attentive and good professionals.
In summary: we loved it!

28/03/2024: Excellent evening from every point of view: very warm welcome, high-level catering, very pleasant room. I highly recommend this address.
The plus that makes the difference: everything is homemade, the dishes, of course, but also the bread, the jam, the honey...
23/03/2024: Good evening at the Blue Thistles, I didn't have the chance to taste the beef or the foie gras. I only ate seafood... There were 5 of us on this shellfish platter, very generous. We didn't manage to finish... We had to reserve ourselves for the "kouign-amann and its salted butter caramel ice cream". In short, for foodies or epicureans I recommend this address...
Oh yes, I almost forgot. Don't forget to ask the boss the origin of the name of his establishment...
