05/04/2024: Waiting time at the grill is catastrophic and it's a Friday with a rather low crowd at 12:30 (05/04/2024).
We only ate out of sync with my wife.
I had to get the loyalty card, well no need.
Saw a manager who informs me that I have to take my dish after the grill, except that the grill is asked for 10 minutes and not 30!!!
Very disappointed for this recovery, it was better before in terms of service.

31/03/2024: As usual with MC Do de Soissons when you order takeaway, you always have to check your order. Before, something was always missing and you had to check to make sure you had your entire order. New, now in addition to checking, you have to unpack the sandwiches to be sure you get the one you ordered. I'm going to Mc Do Soissons on Saturday evening with my family, to have a double meat Big Teasty (which still costs €11). I check my order on site as usual. Everything is ok in quantity, but what a disappointment I was when I came home and saw a simple Big Teasty meat. I was charged the price of a double but given a single. Obviously I wasn't going to take the car back and ask to be reimbursed the difference, but I don't find this lack of professionalism normal. At menu prices, the smallest of things and having complete orders. I'm posting this comment because unfortunately, it's too often that we get cheated in drive-through or take-out. Moral of the story in addition to checking your order you have to check your sandwiches. Big disappointment, and more money lost for my wallet, but money earned for MC Do on the back of the consumer....

06/04/2024: A good place to work on your patience... plan to spend a day of RTT as the service is long and messy. I've come several times over the past 6 months and it's always the same film. I wait for 30 minutes before anyone shows any interest in me. half of the requested aperitif is missing. I see 10 different servers who are quite pleasant with the customers but who are always on the verge of gutting each other and transforming the bar into an octagon. then I wait another 30-40 minutes to have the dish...with meats that are half or even uncooked... once the dish is finished we get back into yoga position and meditate for 45 minutes before we are asked what that we want for dessert. And casually, once the dessert was finished, we had come to eat for lunch but it is already time to go to bed, the sun has set and we have just spent a good day watching everything go by... Quentin, at least while we wait it gives us time to write a three page Google review. Expensive for the service offered but not expensive compared to a day of shamanic meditative retreat...

Well, cooks, sauerkraut is shank, mortceau sausage and not a slice of repackaged cold meats. Let's talk about the pourine, a conglomeration of top-cooked fries, a little cheese and 20 grams of failed shreds. Never again. 127 Euros for eating nothing. Ah, the figure
E business must be great not to eat anything. Sad for the managers of this sad and lying company. Get out of there, it's worthless. Scamming is an art. Never again. The crocodile next to it is serious.

25/03/2024: I am a customer of your store I do not know what is happening at the moment I am used to taking Saint Georges golden baguettes they are not cooked therefore not golden no volume with a size of 5 cm in diameter they are put in the oven on a plate and not on the floor, it is unacceptable to sell bread of this quality, regarding anti-waste measures, I don't think it's a good idea to put them in a bin, it's a mess, reserving a gondola would be more judicious and a better seller, thank you of your answer

28/03/2024: Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. It started at check-in, where the staff couldn't muster a smile. And the prices in the bar were absolutely ridiculous - 18 euros for a gin and tonic and 6 euros for a small glass of beer, coke or water.
Although the restaurant was okay, we were plagued by disturbing noise from the ceiling at night, which made it difficult to sleep. When we wanted to check our account in the meantime, the staff was never able to give us a clear overview and the stated amounts turned out to be incorrect.
Upon checking out we discovered that they tried to overcharge us by €160 - for a 'better' room that we had not requested and for green fees that they had unreasonably inflated.
When booking our stay, we also reserved two green fees for the adjacent golf course through the hotel. The price the hotel initially asked seemed fair enough, so we agreed.
However, just before our departure we were told that the price of green fees had suddenly increased, allegedly due to a unilateral decision by the golf club. Despite our doubts and multiple inquiries, the hotel staff confirmed again and again that this price increase was an external decision over which they had no control.
When we finally arrived at the golf course, we were surprised to find that the actual price of the green fees was much lower than what the hotel had told us. Moreover, the golf course was even willing to offer us an even lower price due to the less favorable conditions of the course at that time. So the hotel had tried to make us pay as much as €100 too much for something that was actually much cheaper.
This felt like a complete scam.
All in all, a negative experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. If you do decide to stay here, be very careful with your bill and book activities like golf directly from the source.

14/03/2024: Great place where you will find a very welcoming and commercial team. The products are tasty and well cooked. The decor is also well done. We are truly immersed in the heart of the city center and the cathedral. I recommend the place.

19/03/2024: On a business trip we had no choice but to eat at the Café de l'Univers. However, from the first evening we felt the confusion. The prices are high, the staff (mistreated?) is sinister. Then from evening to evening we were very surprised by the non-accuracy of the additions, the non-explanation of the formulas (convenient for the customer during the evening stopover)... as a result, 2 evenings in a row we paid too much (it was necessary do it anyway)! only afterwards did we realize it and when it was time to claim our dues, the boss no longer responded...!
To top it all off, the food looked amazing! but ! but ! but it’s definitely food from Metro. to flee !
