Services thought out down to the smallest detail, professionals at the reception and in the restaurant at the top. Finally, a cuisine that combines delight and refinement to satisfy our taste buds. 25/03/2024: Service too long. Fair reception. The very friendly cook and manager. A restaurant among many others. For an aperitif, 4 spoons in a bowl of chickpeas is borderline in terms of hygiene.

08/11/2023: For me the 4* is overrated: carpet in the rooms and corridors - stained - it's not very healthy - sink poorly placed in height and countertop too wide - good and original cuisine - quantities a little tight and especially the Tuesday evening menu half board served in small portions - breakfast buffet correct but not very original - service much too fast which does not give the impression of being at the hotel but in another place....
In the rooms for a long stay not enough storage for two - pillows that really need to be changed - lots of things to review - very friendly and helpful staff - well located in relation to the thermal baths

11/11/2023: Après avoir fais 40min pour venir en famille on y arrive vers 18h40 et la on nous dit que le soir c'est fermer alors que sur les horaires Google il est noté horairz de fermeture 1h.. quel déception

22/10/2023: Très déçue..j'étais venue il y a 2 ans et j'avais beaucoup apprécié..mais là .. presque consternant : un menu à 35 euros ..! La note est salée pour une cassolette (plus gratin de fruits de mer ) de St Jacques congelés et 3 gambas qui se battent en duel . !! le cadre est toujours sympa mais ce n'est pas suffisant ..

Mini cassolette de Saint Jacques (6pieces) sauce à n'en pas douter de métro
Ensuite gambas flambées et son accompagnement ( 3 pièces et elles sont de régime) accompagnement
Bof bof...
Crème brûlée correcte sans plus
Et le comble une eau mininerale estampillé ALLEMAGNE
elle est bonne celle là !!!
Un des serveurs en tenue vraiment décontracté
