25/03/2024: 4 stars for the kitchen because we only had a charcuterie/cheese plancha so we can't really judge the cuisine.
We had the plancha for our aperitif, it was so generous even for 2 people, that we didn't have anything else apart from a dessert.
Very fast service and very friendly regarding the server.
4 for the atmosphere because the bar was full of locals who apparently don't really like "tourists". (No response to our hello and insistent looks.)
Very pretty and large outdoor terrace which must be very pleasant in season.

07/05/2024: There were a lot of seats in the center, but I was guided to a corner seat. Unfriendly and rude employees. Pizza came out uncut. Didn't ask if the food was okay. A red tick appears in the water glass. Flies get in and out of the food, making it unappetizing, making it impossible to eat slowly and savor it.
04/05/2024: Friendly restaurant, the service is warm and fast, the room is bright, the menu is varied, the plates are a little too full, that's the only criticism I would make. The tropézienne tart is to die for, and so is the baba.

29/08/2023: Poor food heated paella passable fish sangria probably the one they sell in the market poor service when paying I found 2 sangria instead of 1, I didn't believe we waited for the waiter to confirm. I gave it one star but it deserves 0 shame because the place is nice

Refined and mastered cuisine with a chef who takes the time to chat with his customers and even give cooking advice.
The service is impeccable and the place magnificent.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
28/10/2023: 5/5 and they deserve even more! A restaurant that is worth the detour, a most professional and warm welcome, a couple of restaurateurs (Mr in the kitchen and Madam in the service), the cook greets us on arrival and departure, the sense of a job well done and the sense of care of its guests. Not to mention the taste surprises, a delight. Excellent value.
I have great memories of it and I recommend +++

05/11/2023: I went there thinking it was a Neapolitan pizza restaurant, but it was too salty, the fish smelled really fishy, and the calzone was so burnt that I couldn't eat it! I couldn't even eat a single bite of the Nipolian pizza. The staff was friendly, but the rinse water used to wipe down the table next to me smelled so bad that I thought I was throwing up while eating!! I’m leaving a review hoping I never go!!

This cheese factory was present at the Foux d'Allos station
The boss's son absolutely does not want to have his products tasted and he is extremely unpleasant and does not provide any explanation.
Could he have things to hide?
He just wants to sell without any consideration for people (tourist trap)
Avoid at all costs
You will find much nicer merchants with much better products
