05/04/2024: Nice restaurant with friendly service. The food was good, but not spectacular. Nice typical atmosphere

25/03/2024: 4 stars for the kitchen because we only had a charcuterie/cheese plancha so we can't really judge the cuisine. We had the plancha for our aperitif, it was so generous even for 2 people, that we didn't have anything else apart from a dessert. Very fast service and very friendly regarding the server. 4 for the atmosphere because the bar was full of locals who apparently don't really like "tourists". (No response to our hello and insistent looks.) Very pretty and large outdoor terrace which must be very pleasant in season.

03/04/2024: We had a great time, warm welcome, efficient and attentive service. Dish of the day, flank steak crushed with potato and vegetables, nothing to say. To try !

03/04/2024: 🍴 It's good to sit on the terrace at Aigo Blanco and refresh yourself with a Henri Bardouin pastis or a Rinquinquin à la Pêche. The team is friendly and responsive, but seems exhausted. This is due to a somewhat anarchic organization where the waiters take care of all the tables and this contributes to creating a stressful atmosphere. We therefore lose synthetics, but their energy overcomes everything. The dishes arrive quickly, a little too much, we feel that the turnover of customers is desired and we wonder if it is fresh. The appointment is not on the plate and the pretext of the premises does not justify the prices. There is a bit of a lack of passion in the preparation and the cardboard profiteroles drive the point home. The spirit of L'Aigo Blanco therefore relies more on an improved canteen spirit than a restaurant but the will which drives the entire team, with more invested leadership, can propel this lively place towards more quality.

25/03/2024: Service too long. Fair reception. The very friendly cook and manager. A restaurant among many others. For an aperitif, 4 spoons in a bowl of chickpeas is borderline in terms of hygiene.

01/04/2024: Stable. Very fresh salad with regional goat cheese. Nicely prepared. Plus fresh lemon and orange juice. Also very attentive and friendly service. Pizza at the next table and desserts also looked good, but we didn't try them. We can only recommend the brasserie!
