18/03/2024: Instead, located in the polygon shopping complex, lunch consisted of three dishes for dessert, but we took tiramisu, many dishes were not available, clean, nice, no private toilet, what other restaurants are there, the toilet is outside, it’s inconvenient to wash your hands, everything is all average, not bad, did not recommend visiting again

12/03/2024: I have known this place for a very long time. We celebrated our wedding in 2016. The team in place was fantastic. Excellent memory😍😍😍. There is always a very nice view when eating on the outdoor terrace and the new team provides good service! On July 25 we were there for a family evening The very friendly waitress took our photo at my request. Top!!! But that was before the mandatory Pass. Because I went back there recently to book and not being vaccinated this was normally not possible.😫 Even on the terrace. Brief; All this to say that it is a very good and very serious establishment.

The old women are extremely unpleasant, the young people are rather nice but restrained by this mentality that bitter old people have. Kindness and understanding are clearly not in the values ​​of this company. Today they were talking about salaries while filling the windows and serving! Normal. And in the meantime, we wait.

05/02/2024: This review regards only the service, in particular the man working at the bar / cash register. I haven't tried the food here, although if it's anything like the atmosphere you'd probably want to avoid it. The interaction with this individual was so shockingly unpleasant that I feel compelled to leave a review, something I usually don't do. Basically, I come inside this place at around 15, just to ask for a coffee and a water: the atmosphere is very calm and not too many clients. The man ignores me the first time I ask (note, it's only me and him inside at this point. Also note I am not french but I speak it without issues). Instead he turns to a man that came in after me, makes him the coffee he asked for and makes him pay the check. I wait while all of this goes on, then, naively hoping my turn has finally arrived, I ask the guy again if I can have a coffee, with a big smile on my face and using all of the "monsieur" and "s'il vous plait" that are required from an educated person. He finally acknowledges my very demanding request, but then proceeds to ignore me a second time and starts to prepare the check for a group of other people that came in even later to pay their bill. At this point I ask the man if there is a long time to wait for my coffee, and he responds very irritated that he prefers to serve the people that ate at the restaurant before doing it. I argue a few more seconds with him, which is clearly my bad since I should have known already there were zero chances to talk some sense into this boor's head, and then I leave (without my coffee, of course). It's a huge disappointment seing a grown man treat a young "turist" like me in this way, for no reason whatsoever, but I feel bad for him because while he was only able to make me angry for about 5 minutes, I have to guess he is having it way way worse.

03/04/2024: Perfectly perfect unfortunately a lot of waiting at the bakery....lack of staff in my opinion...but the bread is excellent really excellent....there are a lot of requests at the cafes and breakfast level... lunch which blocks people who simply want to taste this bread that I particularly like...

17/03/2024: Very disappointed. The pancakes are not homemade but reheated in the microwave. On the other hand the price is the same as in the other Haagen dazs where the pancakes are well made in house, the minimum would have been to lower the prices and warn the customer... In short, the worst part of all this is that the pancakes are really not good at all, I would have known I wouldn't have gone there. And the price leaves even more of a bitter taste: €22 for 3 frozen pancakes and 2 bottles of water. Go on your way for this one (the cap3000 one is great!!!)
