The atmosphere is friendly and you immediately feel at ease.
The service is quick, efficient, and always with a smile.
The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and generously portioned.
A pleasant place to eat well and have a good time.
I highly recommend it!

The menu is nice and simple.
But unfortunately, the dish I ordered, a Caesar salad, was depressing and worthy of McDonald's:
- a few bagged croutons
- a precooked Metro egg
- bagged salad, the kind you'd find at a discount store, and not very fresh
- industrial dressing
- disgusting reconstituted breaded chicken.
€17.50 for a fast-food-worthy dish! A Cannes-level price for a salad in an Auchan shopping mall. Avoid it!

21/08/2026: Excellent restaurant and bar in the historic center of Grasse. The quality is good, and the price-performance ratio is in line with the local offerings. If you happen to be here, it's a good opportunity to eat here. Good-quality carafe wine.
10/08/2026: Overpriced drinks on the terrace, especially for Leclerc sodas (lemonade at €3.50). The butcher shop next door sells better quality artisanal lemonades; you might as well buy a bottle and sit on the benches.

30/08/2026: We had a lovely time at this restaurant with its very pleasant atmosphere. The setting is warm and inviting, and it really makes you want to go back.
As for our order, we had a Coke (€4.50), a pint of beer (€10), a salad (€15), and a plate of fried calamari and chips (€19), for a total of €50.
The service, provided by a single gentleman, was truly friendly and attentive. You can tell it's not easy managing the dining room alone, and he does a great job. A real plus for the welcome.
The only downside concerns the portion sizes: for the price, the dishes are rather small, which is a bit disappointing considering the bill. This is definitely something that needs improvement.
I also want to address some reviews I've read mentioning food poisoning: food poisoning doesn't usually appear the next day. Having a very sensitive digestive system myself, I personally had no problems after this meal.
In short: a pleasant place with lovely service, but they could benefit from slightly reducing the portion sizes relative to the prices.

02/09/2026: We weren't greeted with a smile, and we chalked it up to the end-of-season tourist fatigue.
We ordered two steak tartares, and we weren't given a choice of whether we wanted them prepared or not.
They were prepared, which is fine, it's the restaurant's policy, but the mustard hit us from the first bite; we couldn't taste the meat.
We left without ordering dessert. Given the price of desserts and the waiter's lack of smiles, we'll get them elsewhere.
Besides, €50 for two steak tartares and two aperitifs—that bill will be hard to swallow.
22/08/2026: Ordered a salad niçoise which was horribly salty and surprisingly greasy, yet still cost €18. The service was terrible with inattentive staff who bordered on rude.
To add insult to injury, we've discovered that we've been charged twice but have now left the area so cannot go down and complain. There are plenty of other restaurants in Grasse and I would suggest going to one of them.

05/09/2026: I recently had the privilege of experiencing a revolutionary gastronomic event: being refused a coffee in a nearly empty restaurant.
The decor is charming, the atmosphere peaceful, probably because customers don't disturb the staff in their intense contemplative activity. An empty, unset table catches my eye. I think to myself that a little coffee would be perfect to enjoy the place.
How audacious.
At my request, a gentleman [manager, employee, philosopher, or guardian of the temple—the mystery remains] informs me with admirable conviction: "We don't serve coffee."
An innovative concept. In a restaurant, serving food is already ambitious; serving coffee would undoubtedly be going too far.
I could have been upset, but observing the situation, I understood. The establishment was facing an exceptional influx of customers. As the video shows, it had to simultaneously manage an empty table, several unoccupied chairs, and operational pressure akin to that of an international airport on a strike day.
So I leave without a coffee, but enriched by a valuable lesson: some establishments don't aim to satisfy their customers, they aim to surprise them.
Mission accomplished.
28/08/2026: Absolutely avoid!! After ordering, it started to rain, so we asked to sit inside. The tables were all empty, and they told us to stay outside because they didn't think it was raining. When asked for an explanation, they said, "Bye bye." While I'm not considered rude—it's never happened to me—and speaking excellent French, I think the "gentlemen" of the place are much better off doing other work, definitely not serving the public.

05/06/2024: Endroit moyen attente 1 heure avant d être servis les produits sont dans la boucherie mais en restaurant c est rupture du produit il vous vende un filet de bœuf c est du faux filet viande pas tendre décevant pour le prix
10/05/2024: Parfait pour passer des moment entre amis ou familles , la viande est de bonne qualité, la bière à prix raisonnable et des soirées apéro mix innovatrice ce qui rend le lieu d'autant plus unique !!

08/09/2024: Este es un buen lugar para el almuerzo en Grasse justo en la calle principal a través de la ciudad. Buena pizza y excelentes opciones de ensaladas que eran llenas y razonables.

21/08/2024: I gave three stars out of respect for the work because I know the difficulties of this profession well. On the other hand, a restaurateur who complains to his customers about being tired is not professional.
Damage. It was long before. We used to stop at this simple but very well located snack bar, on the heights which refreshed us during the hot summer months. We went there especially for the beautiful and good ice creams in the afternoon, which we did this Sunday. But change of direction, change of atmosphere. We didn't know that it was now closed in the afternoon and we arrived at 3 p.m.
The boss (?) certainly wanted to be accommodating, I grant, but his way of welcoming us and responding to us was not accepted and we turned around. It’s not the customer’s problem if the restaurateur works 7/7. We knew this profession well and gave a lot too. When we can't hold on any longer, we change jobs but we don't verbally attack customers because we're tired. Especially since in this area the season does not last 12 months because in low season it is very cold. Not inviting to eat on the terrace and the interior is very small.
In short. You can try to go there, you might be better received, but for our part it's over and we regret it.
