01/03/2026: Cours Saleya, lots of tourists queuing. A RIP-OFF! The portions are small. "Theresa" makes a huge profit on a tray of socca by selling tiny portions at exorbitant prices. They take advantage of the fact that there are customers during Carnival. It's a shame to rip off tourists. It doesn't give a good image of Nice.

24/03/2026: Le Gambetta restaurant is a true institution in the Gambetta neighborhood. It's a must-visit, especially if you're in the Libération area or nearby. The service is always excellent: the servers are responsive, smiling, pleasant, and very friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it's flawless. I opted for sea bream, delicately infused with thyme and rosemary: a real treat. The daily special was also superb. If you're looking for a reliable place to enjoy quality seafood without being disappointed, this is definitely the place. A restaurant that has lived up to its reputation for years. I highly recommend it!

It's much the same with the food; what we ordered was good, but nothing special. The daube and the stuffed vegetables deserved more flavor. It wouldn't take much to achieve that. The value for money is actually quite good. In short, a friendly restaurant, friendly service, friendly food. An institution that can be content with its current status or choose to improve.

Freshness: Let's be honest, it's crunchy, it's steamy, it's alive. You can tell the vegetables have seen more sun than a frozen supermarket product. Value for Money: For the price of a movie ticket, you get enough to last three days. The portions are generous, so much so that you sometimes wonder if the bowl isn't deeper than it looks. A Little Teasing: If you come during peak hours, prepare your warrior spirit. The queue can sometimes resemble the entrance to a K-Pop concert. And watch out for the sauce: if you ask for "spicy," make sure you have a fire extinguisher or a fire hydrant nearby, because at Déli Bowl, they don't mess around with chili. 18/10/2025: The establishment listed at 11 ter rue du congrès is absolutely not super bowl. There is a Nice canteen there. I find it hard to understand why a company like Google is unable to provide good information. Maps are becoming ridiculous and have been unusable for years.

08/04/2026: Excellent Niçoise cuisine. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the cooking and seasoning are expertly done. However, two drawbacks prevent me from giving it 5 stars, as I do for many other establishments: - the appetizers are expensive, especially for the small portions; - the service is haughty and doesn't live up to the quality of the food. You feel like you're bothering them and being treated like a tourist. It's a shame and doesn't make me want to return.
