28/09/2026: ⭐ 1 star Terrible dining experience, a total waste of money. When I arrived, no one greeted me inside. I went to the outdoor area where staff were standing to order. An older waiter spoke to me in a harsh tone, saying I had to sit down first before ordering. I came here because I saw online reviews and the entrance mentioned Chinese menus, but I was told only English menus were available. After sitting down, I waved many times to get attention, but no staff came for a long time. Finally the older waiter came. I showed him my French note with my order, yet he was dismissive and barely glanced at it. I had to repeat my order several times. His tone was unfriendly, and he muttered something negative in French. Mid-meal, I asked a tattooed male server for more water. He gave me a cold look. Even though he left a bottle on my table, his attitude was unpleasant. After finishing my meal, I checked the bill and tried to call staff to pay by card. A female server heard me clearly but ignored me and walked Away. The older waiter came later, muttered in French again, and did not help with payment. Only the tattooed man came to process my card. I spent around 360 RMB for one person. The food was acceptable, but the whole team was rude and disrespectful to customers. I strongly advise tourists to avoid this restaurant. ⭐One-star review This dining experience was extremely poor; it was purely a waste of money to suffer. Upon entering, there was no one to greet me indoors. I went to the outdoor server area to order, where an older server was rude and told me I had to be seated before ordering. I saw a Chinese menu at the entrance and in online reviews, so I inquired, only to be told there was only an English menu. After being seated, I repeatedly waved for a server, but no one responded for a long time until this older server came. I prepared a slip of paper with the dishes written on it in French for him to order, but he was perfunctory and unwilling to read it carefully; I had to repeatedly confirm the dishes. During this process, his tone was very unfriendly, and he muttered in French, which sounded like a negative review. During the meal, I wanted to refill my water bottle. I approached a male waiter with tattoos; he was indifferent and, although he eventually placed a bottle on the table, his attitude was consistently poor. After finishing my meal, I checked the bill and prepared to pay by card. I waved for a waiter, but the female waitress, despite clearly hearing me, pretended not to see me and walked away. Later, an older waiter came and mumbled something in French, but didn't come to swipe my card. Finally, the male waiter came to complete the payment. The total cost for one person was approximately 360 RMB. The food itself was acceptable, but the entire staff's cold and rude service, showing no respect for customers, made this a highly undesirable experience for tourists. ⭐ 1 étoile Expand your catastrophic, your impression of payer. Une fois assis, j’ai fait de nombreux signes aux Serves sans succès. Finale, waiters wait. Attitude désagréable et il marmonnait des remarques en français. Pendant le repas, j’ai demandé de l’eau supplémentaire à un serveur tatoué. Il avait une expression froide; même s’il a posé une bouteille sur ma table, son accueil était mauvais. À la fin du repas, Après avoir vérifé l’addition, j’ai essayé d’appeler le personnel pour payer par carte. Une serveuse m’a clairement entendu mais m’a ignoré et est partie. Quiet venu pour la transaction. It’s a great place to stay for 360 yuan. It’s a no-brainer, it’s a great place to be, it’s irresponsible and it’s clients. It’s a great restaurant for tourists.

28/09/2026: Three out of five of us got sick after dinner on Saturday the 26th. The next day I called the restaurant to report the problem, and they told me they would call me back... I'm still waiting... Good luck!

08/01/2026: My wife and I have been here many times. When friends visit us in Nice, we ALWAYS bring them to Oliviera. One of our favorites dining experiences in all of France. (And we've spent move the 1,000 night in France) Always fresh ingredients, well used in delicious dishes. It's in the tourist area but the food is the way the Niçoise eat (if they are a good cook). No CC bring cash. And buy some olive oil.

01/01/2026: My husband and I seemingly walking into Oliviera in Nice while we were on vacation. We have walked randomly into resturants many times before but this was a once in a lifetime experience for us. Sadly, I don't believe we will ever have experience food like this before. This happened almost 2 years ago! The food, the olive oil, the owner, the overall experience still sticks with us. I can't wait to go back one day with our daughter (who is only 1 years old right now).

15/10/2026: The staff is rude and incompetent, rushing around, unsure what to do. The longtime waiters have no respect for regular customers. Furthermore, after my last visit, I felt unwell, apparently related to the seafood served here.

15/10/2026: The perfect place for a great dinner if you're visiting Nice. The oysters and fish are always of impeccable quality. This restaurant is always on my list of places to go if I'm visiting the Nice Carnival.

11/10/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful discovery in Nice! We were lucky enough to enjoy a whole grilled sea bream, absolutely exceptional: perfectly cooked, flavorful fish, and remarkably fresh. That's precisely what makes all the difference! It's become quite rare to find a restaurant in Nice that offers a genuine whole grilled fish, prepared with such care. A real treat for fish lovers and an experience that deserves to be highlighted. We also ordered the gratinated mussels, which were simply excellent: ultra-fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the respect for the product on the plate. And a huge congratulations to the entire front-of-house team! The service was simply exceptional: remarkably kind, polite, courteous, smiling, and attentive waiters from beginning to end. It's so pleasant to be welcomed with such warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Their kindness truly made this moment even more enjoyable. Excellent cuisine, a whole grilled fish—a rare find in Nice these days—and the kind of personal service we wish we saw everywhere! We recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly return. A huge thank you to the entire team for this delightful experience! 🐟👏❤️

12/09/2026: Since I don't usually leave reviews... but today I'm finally taking the time... a brasserie/restaurant that has welcomed us almost every week for the past two years... Sundays, weekdays, parents, friends, family, lunch or dinner. We have never been disappointed, whether by the menu, the extraordinary daily specials, dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, but above all by the incredible welcome from the entire amazing staff, and towards everyone. The service is meticulous, attentive, efficient, and truly caring. A thousand thanks to all!!!! Highly recommended ❤️

13/09/2026: Bummer. We used to come here on every trip to Nice. The service, the atmosphere the food….. it’s all gone. A plate of overcooked pasta sitting in grease with overcooked and not fresh seafood.
