04/08/2026: We were in Nice city centre without a plan or reservation on a Monday night 22h. Was kindly received as last wave of guests calmly and without pressure. Was served by Juliette herself. Not a tourist trap. Was kind waiters and good food. Happy my dog was fully welcomed. A lucky find. Coq au vin was delicious. Taste of south also night and light (but still filling) on hot summer evening. Atmosphere good at restaurant but area very full and touristy.

31/12/2025: An exceptional dinner at this restaurant. We were delighted with the €26 starter/main/dessert menu, which included a complimentary limoncello! The food was delicious, and the restaurant was pleasantly quiet. The heated terrace was perfect for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

05/08/2026: A very warm welcome, the service was impeccable – not too slow, not too fast. We opted for the all-you-can-eat buffet at €17 per person! There was a good selection of starters such as miso soup, coleslaw, and ink gyoza. A good selection of maki and other sushi was also available. The portions of chicken satay and green curry were very generous. Since the restaurant is in Old Nice, the outdoor tables are in a side street. Excellent value for money.

22/07/2026: The concept isn't "all-you-can-eat sushi," but "all-you-can-eat patience." Endless service, repeated oversights, nonexistent organization… and a manager more preoccupied with wandering around with his card reader than with actually moving the service forward. The entire terrace complained about the slowness and disorganization. While customers waited for water, cutlery, or their food, the manager took the time to chat and toast with a friend. A busy period happens. Not owning up to it and responding to criticism with "Don't come back here" is another story.

08/08/2026: Very unpleasant experience – I do not recommend this place. I visited this restaurant in Nice with four friends, and unfortunately, the way we were treated by one of the waitresses left us extremely disappointed and upset. We came to the restaurant simply to have coffee. We happened to have some bread with us that we had purchased earlier, but none of us was eating it or intended to eat it inside the restaurant. As soon as we entered, the waitress approached us and, in a very rude and unfriendly manner, told us that we were not allowed to eat food we had brought with us. We completely understand that restaurants may have such rules, but the way she spoke to us was unacceptable — she was speaking loudly and in a very unpleasant tone. After we ordered our coffees, the same waitress was talking about us to customers sitting nearby, who were French. What was particularly striking was that she was extremely friendly and polite towards them, while treating us completely differently. When one of my friends went to use the toilet, the same waitress spoke to her in a commanding and disrespectful manner, simply pointing towards the toilet and giving her instructions as if she were being ordered around. When I asked for the bill, the waitress took a long time to bring it. Eventually, she came over and simply told us the amount we were supposed to pay, without presenting us with a bill or receipt. We were surprised and asked for a printed receipt. She reacted with obvious annoyance, and eventually another member of staff came over and brought us the bill. We left feeling extremely uncomfortable and offended by the way we had been treated. We felt discriminated against and disrespected, especially given the obvious difference in the waitress’s attitude towards us and towards the French customers sitting nearby. The issue was not that we were reminded that outside food was not allowed — that would have been completely understandable. The problem was the rude, arrogant and disrespectful way in which we were treated throughout our entire visit. And being asked to pay a specific amount without being shown a bill or receipt was, to us, particularly disturbing and gave us the impression that we were being treated improperly. We came simply to have a coffee and expected basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not what we experienced. A very disappointing experience. We definitely will not be coming back and cannot recommend this place. Ann
