21/02/2026: We would need three pages to express how we felt about this superb evening spent at La Gourmandière... the welcome, the service, the flavors, the sommelier's guidance in finding the perfect pairings... simply SUBLIME. While perfection may not (in theory) exist, I've never been so close to it.
20/02/2026: Once again, it was perfect! Exquisite dishes, impeccable service.
