26/04/2026: A wonderful experience at this restaurant! The sole meunière was excellent, and the Charolais beef was absolutely delicious. The staff is very kind and attentive: they even offered to put our cycling water bottles in the fridge, a real bonus after a ride! A place to recommend without hesitation if you enjoy eating by the water.

It's impossible not to find something to enjoy, whether it's an aperitif or a beautifully presented meal, in a cozy setting where time seems to stand still in the gentle atmosphere created by the radiant owner, Karine Arnaud, and her team. As for the dynamic chef, Eric Arnaud, he delights us with his magnificent dishes, each with its own elegant presentation and flavors that transport us back to a time when people took the time to create rich, flavorful sauces, not to mention the expertly crafted sauces that whisk us away to a paradise of fine food and the good life. It's thanks to them that life sparkles in Place Ducale. A must-try!

11/03/2026: I really liked this lovely place. Parking is easy, which is a plus. The dining room is attractive, and the owner is welcoming. Unfortunately, the meal didn't live up to the setting. The dishes were beautifully presented, but the flavors were lacking. I didn't taste the fresh, high-quality ingredients. I ordered a set menu, and from the appetizer to the dessert, I didn't enjoy my meal at all. The setting is beautiful, hence the four stars, but this isn't reflected in the food. Since it's not possible to rate the restaurant itself, I'll simply rate the place, which is still quite pleasant.

I thoroughly enjoyed the nougat glacé. The dining room is quiet and well-insulated, making conversation easy. After dinner there last night, we're going back today.

15/02/2026: The welcome was perfect, all the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was beautiful, very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The meals offered were very good. The breakfast was very complete, with sweet and savory options, fruit, and more. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at the Auberge de l'Abbaye de Signe.
