29/07/2026: While on holiday in Chaource, we had dinner at this restaurant. A fantastic find: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and excellent cooking. Special mention for the dessert: Dame Blanche with Chantilly cream and Carambar sauce! The service was top-notch. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again! Remember to book ahead.

08/08/2026: We came on holiday and enjoyed some excellent burgers!! The staff is very attentive and the setting is very pleasant 🙃 It's a shame this restaurant isn't closer to home! 😇

The lentil tiramisu was superb, and the andouillettes were fantastic. No surprise, given their origin.
