Le Temps des Courges

19/10/2026: Excellent meal: melt-in-your-mouth beef cheek and perfect duck breast. My partner's birthday was celebrated with the entire dining room at dessert time. Thank you to the owner. We were very touched. Homemade desserts: a real treat!
09/10/2026: The food is good, the atmosphere is nice, and the service is friendly.
The portions are good.

27/09/2026: The restaurant was able to adapt the menu to our post-hangover cravings for a croque monsieur! Very good, attentive, quick, and efficient service. Thank you!
12/09/2026: Very disappointing visit. I was there for lunch. Tried the typical local dish, but it was a disappointing experience compared to other places. The restaurant was not that busy on the day we visited but the service was super slow and on top of it the waiter was extremely rude. A sad experience for sure.

Hostellerie de Corbières

24/07/2026: Perfect stay.
Delicious gourmet dinner served on the terrace which had beautiful views of the countryside.
Lovely room facing the main street. The room was cooled by a fan which was perfect.
Alexandra and Julien were very welcoming hosts.
We will definitely return.

Restaurant L'Affenage

20/09/2026: We came as a group of three without a reservation on a Sunday, were accepted and took the €21 menu which was very good, the terrace was full of customers and we ate on time.
15/09/2026: Absolutely fantastic! Friendly and pleasant staff, had a great time.

Café Brasserie la Promenade
Lagrasse
12/10/2026: Our lunch visit was one of the worst experiences we've had in France in recent years. The service was extremely dismissive and unfriendly from the moment we arrived until we left the restaurant. We were greeted with the news that we couldn't order for another half hour. We only received the menu after asking three times. We didn't feel welcome at all.
The price-performance ratio for the croque-monsieur was acceptable, but the wait of almost an hour for a snack was far too long.
We have never experienced such unfriendly service staff in France before.
Addendum/Feedback to the response:
We visited the brasserie on September 23, 2026, at around 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, everything happened exactly as described. Perhaps we were simply unlucky that day.
11/10/2026: Passing through with two friends during our motorcycle trip, we had a very good lunch at this hearty meal… Very friendly waitresses… Reasonable price…

Repetiremos.
