14/04/2026: Chance led us to Pfister's pastry shop: a complete change of scenery, with a soothing, old-fashioned atmosphere, and an extraordinary, welcoming, and knowledgeable lady who explained her products. Go without hesitation: the products are homemade and take you right back to your childhood.
This place is definitely worth the detour.

10/12/2025: I ate there with my 7-year-old daughter and it was frankly mediocre.
- The tarte flambée wasn't very good (industrial base and cream, mediocre bacon)
- The steak frites from the children's menu was on par with a motorway service station restaurant
- My dish... the pork cheeks weren't homemade
The service was friendly, but the food was more than average.

06/04/2026: I don't comment very often during my trips (I think this is actually the first time). However, I think the owners and Staff from Hotel-Restaurant La Bonne Franquette absolutely deserved it. I spent my 2026 Easter Weekend there. My room was clean and the bed very comfy, the food at the restaurant was excellent. But most importantly, the Staff was simply incredible. I hope that my trips will bring me back to the Alsace, if this happen, I will book there again on a heartbeat.
