13/09/2026: We wanted to eat bouillabaisse, and this was the perfect place. It was delicious, and the service at this family-run business was wonderful. The person who served us was kind enough to use their Spanish to communicate with us.

The grilled octopus is absolutely divine, I highly recommend it! The dessert is also very good... In short, if you're looking for sun-drenched cuisine bursting with the flavors of Marseille, this is the place to be!! The owner is very attentive to the staff and incredibly friendly, which is a real plus. PS: The cocktails are simply amazing!

The service is pleasant, the atmosphere is familial, and the team knows how to make everyone feel at ease. It's a true community hub that you'll want to return to. 06/09/2026: Looking for a very late lunch we stopped there more by accident than anything else. Happy we did, the octopus was excellent so was the shrimp and the tartare. The service was excellent, friendly, efficiënt, smiling. It is not the cheapest but worth it.

21/06/2026: Simple, but oh so good. I ordered steak tartare and asked for Tabasco sauce because I usually find them bland, but this one needed nothing. The dish was perfect.

11/08/2026: I'm a fairly regular customer and I feel compelled to correct some incorrect statements (or perhaps they were an exception). NO, the bread is not handled by the same person who works the till. NO, the staff is not unfriendly. NO, the prices are not exorbitant; quite the opposite, in fact, for quality sourdough bread (feel free to compare). Country bread keeps extremely well (a week without any problem, even in summer). The only downside is the opening hours (closes a little early in the evening) and days (closed Sunday and Monday).

25/07/2026: We spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant. The food was good. I ordered a large pizza, but I was initially shocked when I only received one slice. However, they kept bringing me more slices. I've never experienced anything like it, and I had the slight feeling I was being watched so they could bring me the next slice in time. The pizza was delicious, though. We ate outside, but the interior looked very inviting.

25/08/2026: Matisse provided a very warm welcome and impeccable service. He took care of us from beginning to end, without a hitch, always smiling, and offering excellent advice on the daily specials. I highly recommend this establishment; make sure you get seated in Matisse's line to ensure you receive great service!

19/08/2026: The manager, who was incredibly friendly, agreed to show the PSG match and then the Lyon match two days later. The food was excellent, both the main course and the dessert, and the welcome was very warm. I will definitely return on my next trip to Marseille.
